We arrived within the hour and pulled up to see our car was parked on Fort St, re-ended, police were already there with the driver that hit it writing the report. I walked in, there was a couple guys watching out the big window. No call to us about the accident, no apology. I was upset and asked who was paying for the damages since they put it on the road and wasnt paying a repair if i couldn't drive my car. They said they weren't responsible, it's on the public road and someone had to pay the bill. I left and left the car. My insurance can handle it. This place doesn't put its customers first. They quickly figured out the issue with the 7-pin hitch wiring on my truck and repaired it so the brake system on the camper could function correctly. They could have easily told me the system was bad and I needed a new one, but instead they fixed the problem. I really appreciate that kind of honesty! To top it off, Josh worked hard to make sure everything was working correctly before I left and took extra time to walk me through how to use the brake system. He also gave me some helpful tips and encouragement because I am pretty nervous about towing. Overall, this place was very knowledgeable, extremely fair, and super easy to work with!
