Covid times review:…read more Sitting at my dining room table, I look at the ceiling and I say to myself "WTF is that?!" It was a moisture bubble that could only be one thing... a leak in a pipe from the upstairs bathroom. Thanks, 2020! Two men came out to assess the damage and provide a free estimate. Both arrived within the allotted time frame and wore masks the entire time. They covered everything in plastic prior to working and cleaned up afterwards. They were friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. They were actually the second plumber I had assess the same damage and were slightly more expensive than the first; however, their professionalism and my perception of how knowledgeable they were made it worth it to fork over the extra money. I would definitely use them again.

Complete home repipe, new hot water heater install, several emergency calls on weekends, drain pipe inspection, even a local Air BnB call. Zach and Glenn are the BEST. They only do quality work, they stand by their work, and they're solid dudes. You won't have to suffer awkward creeps. Great communication. They work fast without every compromising quality. They show up quickly even on weekend or at night. I have worked with several other plumbers and I got many other bids on the full home repipe and Island blew them all away. Superior quality (materials & labor) and they were the cheapest. I also like that they VERY true to their word with bids. No hidden charges after the work is done. They honor their word every time. They do everything they can to accommodate the customer and do it in a respectful way.

Lets just say that plumbing problems are never fun! I have heard horror stories about people who…read morehave been through the ringer with other plumbing companies. Scott is the most honest and competent, licensed and insured plumber I have come across. Our story starts with a leak who knows where. No sign of water leaking or damage. They came in and found the area and informed me of the bad news that I have multiple slab leaks. This is where plumbers have you by the you know what and some will use this emergency situation to take advantage. They were able to bypass the leaks with a temporary fix for us to get through the weekend while he plans out a much bigger job then either of us anticipated. It appears like Berry's plumbing can fix just about anything plumbing related! They get very busy, so leave a message and understand that they are worth waiting for.

We thought a plumber would have to open up the wall to replace the entire section but after texting pictures, Samy came out and not only knew what the issue was but only needed a tiny part within the larger part we had purchased. Pricing was pretty reasonable if you ask me. After that, I had asked about another issue with our washing machine spewing out water via a pipe in the garage each time we ran a cycle. He said he could fix that as well. Others had said they needed to redo all the piping. Samy said no, it was just sediment build up and ran a snake in the pipes to clear it out. For now, that did the trick and didn't cost an arm and a leg like others wanted who said we needed to repipe. 30 day warranty.

We had a very disappointing experience with Jesse, the plumber. He came out to clear a main pipe…read morethat was backing up and initially quoted us $250 for the job. While he was there, we asked what we could do to prevent the issue from happening again. He suggested adding a camera inspection, saying it would be $350. We asked if he could offer any kind of discount, and he agreed to do it for $320, which we accepted. However, at the end of the service, we were shocked to be charged a total of $570. At no point was it clearly explained that these were being treated as two separate services that would be added together. The pricing was misleading, and the lack of transparency felt very unprofessional. On top of that, the entire job was completed in a very short amount of time, which made the final charge feel even more unreasonable for the work performed. Clear communication and honesty about costs are extremely important, especially for services like this. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling overcharged and misled. I would not recommend this plumber based on our experience.
