Unless you're a doctor, you can't reach anyone in the pharmacy by phone, instead a recording asks that you schedule shots/vaccinations on-line. We went on-line and scheduled a flu shot for her, bundled her up, & put her and her walker in the car, drove to CVS, got her to the pharmacy, & waited in line. When I stated her name and appointment time, I was told that they were not giving shots that day because no "immunizer" was at the store. The pharmacist had no answer as to why the New Holland CVS was scheduling appointments on-line for that day - and confirming those appointments by text - if they weren't giving shots. Neither could she could explain why, if CVS could send a confirmation text, they didn't send a cancellation text nor why when we first contacted the pharmacy we couldn't talk to a live person. As we were walking Mom out of the store, my husband remarked that, given how dirty the store was, maybe it was a blessing that she didn't get her shot there.

The store is well managed, sufficiently staffed and if you go online, as apparently some customers can't figure out, you can take care of all you prescriptions there in minutes. That gives you the options of picking them up at the drive through, picking them up at the counter, or having them mailed to you directly. How can anyone complain about that? But they will, and they do. People just like to complain! Pay no attention. This is a great store.

The cashier gave no greeting, no smile, no "thank you," no "have a nice day" ... nothing. He simply handed me the bag without saying a word. Wth? That kind of cold, indifferent service really stands out in a customer-facing position. A clean, well-run store loses a lot of goodwill when the final interaction feels that dismissive. Management should seriously look at cashier training and basic customer-service standards. A simple greeting and thank-you cost nothing, but they make a big difference.
