The waiter was really nice and that's why I'm giving it 1 star otherwise it would be zero for us. They weren't even willing to provide salad. Come on! You can't even make salad in your kitchen? That was just ridiculous. And believe it or not, we had amazing food in every other restaurant we tried in Aspen so this was certainly a one off. My suggestion to the management team is to be honest about your the last call from your kitchen. If you close at 10pm and your kitchen runs till 9pm, you ought to be able to take orders till 9pm.
