Then I had a leak and called Don to have Dwight take a look. They sprayed it down, assessed the missing pony walls, and BAM--fixed the issue in just a few days! (For the record, the actual work took only half a day.) Their work was truly incredible. We had them clean the carpets in our condo (they hadn't been cleaned since they were installed 4 years ago). It took Jason a couple of hours to clean several rooms and 3 flights of stairs. This should have been very accurate, but wasn't. The final bill was 3,900!! And they had 2 trucks break down the first night of cleanup and couldn't get it cleaned up properly to start. We never got any relief for that. It all felt dishonest, and just taking advantage of me, and I would never recommend them. But to be fair on the work - they did do good work.
