I suggested that they be proactive and inform the customer and she agreed. She added me to the calendar for the 24th at 8:30 in the morning. Guess what...at 9:00, no technician! I called and Lilly, who had made the appointment, explained that we had not been added to the schedule. My time is too valuable to do business with a company who cannot manage their schedule better.
