I had originally planned to pick it up myself, but ran into a last-minute tangle. Dan took care of everything--he kept my original pick-up appointment, delivered on time, and even fronted the payment to the seller for me (which I reimbursed upon delivery). Moreover, he drove over the mountain pass with a trailer, right after an unexpected snowstorm, to take care of this for me and maintain the original appointment time I had set with the seller. I highly recommend Dan and plan to work with him on other jobs in the future.

I had used Atlas Interwest movers 17 years ago and they did a great job. But I hired them again in…read moreJuly and it was dramatically different. Things have definitely changed with this company. The packing was unbelievably bad with mislabeled boxes, no concept of organization in the boxes, multiple items broken or damaged and valuable items simply forgotten and left behind. They now hire independent workers to pack who have no accountability to Atlas and they clearly do NOT care to do a good job. I spoke with the company and they said they would send a claim form but of course never did. DO NOT hire this company if you value your property or sanity!!!!

Everyone was professional and good natured, on time, well organized, hard working and they obviously like working with each other. The move-out crew (Adam, Robert, Joel and Tony in Idaho Falls) were amazing and loaded everything faster than expected, worked through lunch and were gone by 4pm. Two days later Adam supervised the unloading in Lehi, UT and also had a great team to work with. There were a few minor wall-dings but nothing major, and all furniture was well cared for. Start to finish was only about 4 1/2 hours including reassembling furniture and generally organizing room set up under my direction. Two thumbs up; and the cost of our move ended up being less than estimated. Well done; I highly recommend this company.

We had planned for two years to put up an entrance sign for our small ranch. First challenge was…read morefinding the poles (took a year) and then finding a sign maker. We landed on a company that built our sign out of sheet aluminum and they swore that it was sturdy and able to hang safely in the wind. Well, we put it up on a windy day and within 2 hours the wind ripped the sign down. A hanging aluminum sign is a BAD IDEA! We started over again. We had looked at J Dubs that first time, but we didn't know what we were really buying and didn't understand the differences. For our second round we went back to J Dubs we found out what a great sign company can do. We gave them a simple design idea (Irish font with the ranch name) and a smaller second sign with a horse on it. We sent them some pic ideas and left it to them. Their designer (no extra cost) sent some ideas and they far exceeded our ideas - that's what a great designed does. The signs are heavy powder coated steel. There are stiffening bars on the top of the big sign and the bottom of the small sign. They won't tear out! The work of the designer is gorgeous! Better than we could have ever imagined! Thanks J Dubs! If you're looking for a sign, start with J Dubs! Don't waste your time and money at other places!

We had to replace the main roof of our remote lake lodge due to leaks caused by ice buildup because…read morethe original roof had rivets which caused the ice to get "caught" on the roof in the winter and that's an ENORMOUS amount of weight to have that eventually took its toll! Luckily, we had Top Roofing coming out and check it out for us. We now have a new roof that is meant for high altitude conditions and won't have to worry about any more leaks or ice buildup! Elijah and his team are very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. One thing that I REALLY appreciated about Elijah is his responsiveness. I've gotten used to waiting to hear back from contractors at least a week after I've reached out to them...but that was NEVER the case with Elijah! He'd email me back within 24 hours and immediate responses whenever we texted. I so appreciated that level of attention and it shows through with the level of work that was done.
