Slept amazing with fluffy pillows, comfortable bed, crisp linens, and the quiet of the desert. While this space seems to be off the beaten path, it is close to everything at the same time. The beautiful Estrella mountains are directly on their door step. My husband and I went exploring and hiked the mountains right out the back door. Had the mountains all for ourselves. (Attached a few pics) We had an amazing and delicious breakfast every morning (fresh sweet fruit directly from the trees on property too) and complimentary wine and beer every night. Watched the sunset from the hot tub. This place is truly a gem. The pictures on their website don't do it justice and if they promoted on social media, this b&b would be 100% booked and unavailable. I just stayed at Cherry Valley for a few days for the Tucson Marathon, and I can't recommend it…read morehighly enough. The desert hills in the area are incredibly beautiful, and since the ranch is 100 acres, it feels almost completely undeveloped while you're staying there. The house also has gorgeous views of the surrounding hills. The rooms are well-decorated, very clean, and have a personal feeling and charm that you can't get in a hotel or motel. I stayed in the Manzanita room and found everything very comfortable and spacious. Finally, the owner is very warm and friendly. She made me breakfast just how I wanted it, gave me aloe for my race-induced blisters, and was generally wonderful company for the relatively little time I spent out in the living room. She was also very welcoming when I arrived despite it being 1:45 in the morning due to a delayed flight and getting a little lost on the way. Note: The front gate has a pretty small sign that can be easy to miss at night, but it's right across from a prominent sign at the entrance to Oracle State Park.

Finally my wife and I had a chance to be guests of the Cherry Valley Ranch. The day was perfect as one of the frequent monsoons had passed by and left the temperature of the Ranch in the low daytime 80s and quite a bit cooler at night. We stayed in one of the Casitas' for a night and enjoyed the peaceful valley and cool night temperatures. The breakfast was a very delightful mix of Mexican dishes and fruit prepaired by a local chef. As for the accommodations I suggest that there are times when not having TV, WIFI and other amenities are just what a stress releasing weekend is all about. Loved the place

I'mFor my birthday my husband bought me a night at "Mean While Back at the Ranch" bed and breakfast…read moreso that we could do a couple of hikes in the Superstition Mountains. It is a quaint old school Arizona bed and breakfast with the comforts of home. Our hostess, Joy was just a treat giving us good suggestions for dinner in Apache Junction, made us feel as comfortable as could be in one of her cabins, (the tack room from the ranch). Our breakfast was in the refrigerator in our room and was banana bread, orange juice, coffee, fresh fruit, trail mix for the hike, yogurt, pretzels, really very nice. You can enjoy the front porch to watch the sunset in the west or sit on the patio behind the cabin and view the mountains to the east. There is a trail that leaves right from her property that connects to the Flat Iron trail and Siphon Draw trail. We woke in the morning to the Flat Iron right out of our window, mule deer grazing 15 feet from our cabin. For a unique, fun, pleasant, rustic experience give Mean While Back at the Ranch B&B a try....you'll like it!

The once busy guest ranch that hosted large parties, weddings, and accommodated small parties of overnight guests has since turned into a quiet rustic bed and breakfast (one single fully equipped cabin with a queen sized bed - perfect for couples wanting seclusion) is a perfect little escape whether you want to stay for a night or if you want to just stop by to take in the beautiful Arizona desert. This no frills quaint place is a perfect escape from any busy city lifestyle...and makes a perfect hub for hiking some of the most beautiful trails. If you haven't been by...you should stop to say hi to Joy, check out the nicknacks and collectables in the little gift shop, and take in the beauty of the desert. Just a neat and unique spot.

A different breakfast each morning catered to your taste! the entire house and the grounds are a study in itself with collectible pieces from different parts of the world and from various eras. Don is an amazing interior decorator. The bnb was central to everywhere we were and and safety and traffic was never a concern. I liked the fact that the nightly price was all we paid. no hidden service fees, cleaning fees or taxes. the bill was exactly the price of 3 nights listed, not a penny more. a first to not experience a high bill with all the hidden fees. this bnb was well worth the money and far exceeded our expectations. We slept in the Oriental Room. The mattress was every bit as comfortable as our own (we didn't miss a wink of sleep once we laid our heads on the pillows); and the light blocking curtains on the French doors allowed us to rise when we were ready. We were also pleased to relax on the patio adjacent to our room, with a cheerful fountain gurgling happily for ambiance. Each evening, we enjoyed sipping wine and relaxing in the comfortable backyard oasis with the fountain bubbling and flowing into the koi pond as Don prepared our savory dinner. We were especially thankful that Don cheerfully transported us to and from Sky Harbor airport, and even made a stop at Target for us to pick up some necessities on our arrival. But this wasn't the only time Don helped us with the details of our vacation. He is a very friendly, helpful and capable concierge (and I mean that in the most respectful way) - there is just no end to this man's talents! We are looking forward to future visits at Don's Elegante Bed and Breakfast.

It was a very positive experience. Holly owns this huge historic house, and she renovated it. We met Holly but had more contact with Noa. Noa's partner is Holly's cousin. Each morning Noa cooked us delicious full breakfasts. The breakfasts had quiche/frittata/flatbread made with eggs and veggies. One day we also had blueberry muffins and English muffins. There was fresh fruit salad. The breakfasts more than enough to satisfy our appetites. Noa is an excellent creative cook. See attached photos. The first morning we had breakfast in a delightful breakfast room with windows on three sides. We looked out onto lovely lush vegetation. We had our choice of coffee or various kinds of tea. I loved sitting in this room. We would arrive early, drink coffee and read the newspaper before Noa arrived to make breakfast. The next morning we had breakfast at a very large wood dining room table that could easily have sat 20 people. This room had French doors that opened into a patio with tables and chairs. When we were there a small wedding party was taking photos on one of the outdoor patios. There are additional common spaces. There was a sitting room with chairs and books on the same ground floor as the sunny breakfast room, dining room, and kitchen. There is also a small lobby one floor up on street level next to the front door. (The building is on a hill). One afternoon we went back to the sunny cheerful breakfast room and sat there to read. The on-the-street parking is free, safe and easy to obtain. The bed and breakfast is very conveniently located on a quiet street on a small hill about two blocks from downtown. For dinner we walked to the restaurants downtown on the main street. We conveniently arrived on a First Friday of the month. There was a small celebration a couple blocks away on main street. There was a band in the afternoon or early evening (which we missed) and some craft vendors and at least one food vendor. We bought some cookies there. Every guest room in this bed and breakfast is different. Our room and my sister-in-law's room were on the second floor near eachother. There were two staircases to reach the second floor, and a quaint little sitting area in between. The decor in our room was cute. Our room had two comfortable double beds. One bed had a bedside table with a foot high reading lamp. Due to space limitations the other bed did not have a bedside table or bedside reading lamp. There was a small chandelier over that bed. The room had good lighting. However, I would have liked a bedside lamp so I could read at night without disturbing my husband. Our bathroom was huge. It had both a shower and a claw foot tub. There was a sink in the bathroom and another small sink in the bedroom. We used the tub for storage. During our visit there was no ice available that I could find. The kitchen fridge had a water dispenser but the ice dispenser was broken when we visited. An appliance repair person was planned. Our room and my sister-in-law's room had individual wall air conditioners. We had the Amethyst room. We put a few sodas in the kitchen refrigerator since our room did not have a mini fridge. Management did not complain that we took up a little space in that fridge. When we eventually return to Globe, I would like to stay here.
