My husband and I go to Globe every year for our anniversary and decided to support the small business owners. We stayed here and were in love with the place right away. It's a big part of Globes history and the family that put their hearts into a 7 year renovation deserve a lot of praise. We felt at home here, and the homeade breakfast you get is wonderful. You sure don't get that at home experience or the great food at some chain hotel

What a beautiful little spot! We came up to Globe for a wedding yesterday and pulling into town we couldn't imagine where the hec you would manage to have one out here lol It's located on the down slope of a hill so use your e.brake and it's just tucked away so perfectly! The courtyard was beautiful even this time of year! They had flowers blooming, these beautiful vines flowing down the walls and a fountain. The only draw back wasn't the bees because that's to be expected around all the flowers but the wasps :/ They were flying all over. They had everything set up beautifully for the reception. Some tables were inside and some were outside. The bricks and stone that line the walk ways were amazing. Beautiful wood floors that creek. The inside rooms were each unique and antique. From the smallest details to the whole picture it's an incredible little spot. We had the best table (located outside next to the mobile bar On The Rocks). The bees started coming around a lot with the food and drink out but they had some citronella candles they brought out and that took care of it for the most part. If we find ourselves back in Globe this is where we'll stay! :)

We arrived in Globe around 6pm and was surprised to find most hotels booked out. I rang this B&B after 7pm and Libby who runs the place was so kind and helpful. This historic building has gorgeous rooms throughout. The bed was comfortable and the area very quiet. Libby made us an incredible three-course breakfast and gave us a tour of the building in the morning. It was a wonderful stay.

Breakfast!

Then the RV started to have plumbing issues and we both knew we wouldn't be able to stay in the RV for 1 more night. Someone suggested we stay at Cedar Hill Bed & Breakfast. I'm so glad that we did! I can not say enough good things about Cedar Hill. The whole house is kept up very well. I love the decor, many things in the home seem to be original like the bath tub and some light fixtures, etc. It was a charming place to stay. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. I felt like we were staying with someone my family has been friends with for ages. At night we drank wine out front on the porch swing and had great conversation. In the morning we sat out in the backyard and enjoyed the sunshine with our coffee and a things to nosh on. I would definitely recommend this Bed & Breakfast. It's perfect for a mother and daughter get away, a couple looking to get away, a single guy or gal (on an adventure, road trip, or business), even a small family who is looking to stay at a home away from home. I took the liberty of taking many photos around the first floor. Check this place out!

We found a local market close by and got a bottle of wine, which we drank on the charming front porch while hanging out with the cat, to relax after a day of riding. The spacious old house was really cool and clean and I felt as if we were staying at some forgotten cousin's place. Homey in a good way! There was nice art on the wall and good books on the shelves. We slept well, had a little breakfast in the morning and were on our way. It was a nice experience, a good deal, and I would stay there again!

I'mFor my birthday my husband bought me a night at "Mean While Back at the Ranch" bed and breakfast…read moreso that we could do a couple of hikes in the Superstition Mountains. It is a quaint old school Arizona bed and breakfast with the comforts of home. Our hostess, Joy was just a treat giving us good suggestions for dinner in Apache Junction, made us feel as comfortable as could be in one of her cabins, (the tack room from the ranch). Our breakfast was in the refrigerator in our room and was banana bread, orange juice, coffee, fresh fruit, trail mix for the hike, yogurt, pretzels, really very nice. You can enjoy the front porch to watch the sunset in the west or sit on the patio behind the cabin and view the mountains to the east. There is a trail that leaves right from her property that connects to the Flat Iron trail and Siphon Draw trail. We woke in the morning to the Flat Iron right out of our window, mule deer grazing 15 feet from our cabin. For a unique, fun, pleasant, rustic experience give Mean While Back at the Ranch B&B a try....you'll like it!

The once busy guest ranch that hosted large parties, weddings, and accommodated small parties of overnight guests has since turned into a quiet rustic bed and breakfast (one single fully equipped cabin with a queen sized bed - perfect for couples wanting seclusion) is a perfect little escape whether you want to stay for a night or if you want to just stop by to take in the beautiful Arizona desert. This no frills quaint place is a perfect escape from any busy city lifestyle...and makes a perfect hub for hiking some of the most beautiful trails. If you haven't been by...you should stop to say hi to Joy, check out the nicknacks and collectables in the little gift shop, and take in the beauty of the desert. Just a neat and unique spot.
