There are all sorts of things to do - pickleball, lawn bowling, volleyball in the pool, clubs etc. if you want to join in, you can, and if not, there are pools, hot tubs and even a bistro with plenty of outdoor seating (and fire pits!). Make sure to grab the Happenings in the office so you know what's going on- we've even watched a few softball games. There are quite a few restaurants (mostly chain) in the vicinity, but check out the Creative Cafe if you like things a little more local. Grocery stores etc all nearby as well. If you like to hike; plenty of trails available within 15 mins of here. We were also able to get our RV washed and waxed onsite by Squeaky Clean RV, they did a beautiful job! We have enjoyed our week+ stay here and will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed staying here but just a heads up... the spaces are on the small side and the roads in the park are as well, so we saw several people who really had to work hard to get their RVs in the spaces. Also the wi-fi is GREAT.... BUT you have to pay extra for it, at least we did for long term stay... might be different for a short stay. But there is free WiFi at the community center. Very friendly staff, and the restrooms and laundry facilities are very good and clean. The only other negative was that there is a TON of paperwork required at check in... I mean a TON!! The most we have ever had to do. And there are some unique pet rules and requirements, but with that said our dog enjoyed his stay at this park as well, so dont let that put you off, its just a heads up. Would we stay here again? A couple Denise and Will. I needed a mail box on lot 77. They told me that all the stores were sold out. I drove to Home Depot and Lowes. There were several dozen. So I moved to lot 61. (Probably because they are not competent enough to install a simple mailbox) The drain line was high-- Making it difficult to flush black water. Something the owner Jim S stayed he fixed.... well, sorry to break your heart-- he lied. They have different rules for different people. Some RVers are allowed to have pop up tents. Some are not allowed to have pop up tents. In fact, one RV has 3 tents/gazebos. Will acts like the big bully in school. My first encounter with him, he leaned over me to try to assert dominance. Hahaha. In all my dealing with this NON gentleman, he never once introduced himself. He is beyond disrespectful. You could pay me to come back to this place. The worst part is it was wonderful. Now there is just dead animals that sit and rot, because management is too busy sitting on their brains to do their job.

My dogs did bark but were accused of leaving them all day every day which was not true. There is NO security and the first week we had a bike stolen and someone else had an E-bike taken. Everyone just brushed it off too kids out having fun. I did not feel safe! Can't walk dogs in resort for fear they might relieve themself in someone's gravel. Have to go clear by the storage area in back of resort to designated dog park. The full time residence make us feel like outsiders and that we were intruding. There were several rules and we had to sign a form stating we read them but others did not have to comply. One being the age of camper could not be 10 years old. Ours is new but others were not. So rules only apply to the outsiders (Thousand Trail members. ). We are leaving early do to the safety concern. I am giving 3 stars because the pool was nice and office staff was nice.
