A little pricey for an overnight stop. Quiet, nice amenities. Easy pull through. Huge place.

The amenities were nice and it had a club house that I spent a lot of time in. Management was helpful to resolve a small issue I had . I look forward to staying there again this winter

A couple Denise and Will. I needed a mail box on lot 77. They told me that all the stores were sold out. I drove to Home Depot and Lowes. There were several dozen. So I moved to lot 61. It was easier to move than to wait them to install a mailbox. (Probably because they are not competent enough to install a simple mailbox) The drain line was high-- Making it difficult to flush black water. Something the owner Jim S stayed he fixed.... well, sorry to break your heart-- he lied. They have different rules for different people. Some RVers are allowed to have pop up tents. Some are not allowed to have pop up tents. In fact, one RV has 3 tents/gazebos. Will acts like the big bully in school. My first encounter with him, he leaned over me to try to assert dominance. Hahaha. In all my dealing with this NON gentleman, he never once introduced himself. He is beyond disrespectful. You could pay me to come back to this place. The worst part is it was wonderful. Now there is just dead animals that sit and rot, because management is too busy sitting on their brains to do their job.

Two bathrooms with showers. Laundry room. The washers are really small; I could normally do a load of laundry but it took 3 loads. At $2 a load that added up. I was able to get all three wash loads into the dryer to give you an idea of how small the washing machines are. But I didn't have to go off-site and was able to go back to my RV to wait out the cycles. Showers are nice but smallish. Navy showers were the best way. There's a level walking path outside the back gate along a canal. Great place to get your steps in and let your pets have a good walk. We didn't try to use the tv. The WiFi was solid. Not every site has a picnic table. In fact neither of ours did. Space 8 and space 13. Others did. They do not sell ice but there is a Fry's grocery about 2 miles away. Others have complained about the motorcycle noise. We were out and about during the day so it didn't bother us. When we were leaving today at about 10 AM I could hear the motorcycle engines revving. I guess it would bug you if you are in the park all day but it didn't affect us. I would stay here again

There is a laundry with 2 each washers and dryers. Only 1 bathroom each man and women but it's spacious with sink shower and toilet together. Steve , the manager is very helpful and always makes sure to ask if everything is good and if you need anything. Cubs spring park is 16 minute drive.
