I had a terrible experience with Henry's Mobile Mechanic. He came to my home because my panoramic…read moresunroof on my 2018 C43 AMG was stuck in the tilt position after a recent battery change. Before Henry touched my car, the sunroof would at least open all the way but would get stuck when closing. Henry hooked up a diagnostic tool and kept manipulating the sunroof. He managed to get the sunscreen to close but not the actual sunroof. A couple of days later, I realized the sunroof wouldn't open at all anymore after he worked on it. To make matters worse, I later noticed he had loosened a screw on the sunroof and didn't even tighten it back. I contacted him to come back and fix what he made worse, and at first, he said he would--but then gave me the runaround. I paid him $95 and even tipped $20, and now my sunroof is in worse condition than before. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

While the car was sold and badged as a Chrysler, it was made by Mercedes in Germany, and local dealers no longer have trained mechanics to perform service. My experience with Dave started when he recommended a towing company to get the car to his shop. The Company he recommended was $25 less at least than any other quote, and was prompt and professional. The folks at Dave's are expert in what they do. They diagnosed the two issues that were a problem, and performed the necessary repairs quickly and professionally. This garage will treat you fairly, and more importantly honestly. Heartily recommend them to anyone having issues with their vehicle, and especially those who may own vehicles that were limited production and where parts aren't necessarily plentiful.

I took my car to Ed's, and they quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad actuator. Although they were very busy, while they were awaiting parts for another auto, they were able to service my vehicle ahead of schedule. The problem was taken care of. It no longer exists. They're also very customer-friendly. I highly recommend them.

Took my Suburban to Pep Boys, spent $1000 on brake repairs, still had the original ABS problem…read more Took it back, another $500 and now it was worse. A brake line they fabricated blew and almost caused an accident when the pedal went to the floor so I had it towed back there. They wanted to charge for the tow until I reminded them it was warranty ahd a liability issue. They fixed the line and said it would be another $750 IF they could find the part. I told them to forget it, bought a rebuilt part on the internet and took it to Ronnie. He replaced the other wheel hub that Pep Boys said was fine after they replaced the speed sensor TWICE and put the module on that I ordered. Articles all over the internet, DON'T replace the wheel speed sensors, replace the whole hub if you want it to work! After Ronnie was done with it, no brake light, no ABS light, no sickening feeling when the ABS kicks on inappropriately on hard dry pavement and kills the brakes unexpectedly. Ronnie has my business for life!!!

I had to get brake work done on my 2011 Venza - and Nazim's was recommended by a friend…read more First the background - the brakework was diagnosed by Pep Boys - but they wanted more than 850$ to fix it - the breakdown shows overpriced parts and overpriced labor. Pep Boys insisted I change the front rotors even though there was no reason. Short story - I bought parts off Amazon for half the price Pep Boys was quoting me. And Nazim charged me just the labor to install the brake parts. Took less than an hour to install front pads, and rear pads and rotors. As a DIY mechanic at home I even got to look over their shoulder when the car was on the joist to see what work was being done. I had previously changed brake pads on my other car and was considering doing this work myself - but it would have taken me three hours - or half a day - and having the car done in an hour at a price that was quite reasonable was a no-brainer. Also unlike the Pep boys guy who insisted that i had to change the front rotors, Nazim examined it and felt it was not needed - I saved on the parts there. overall i spent about a third of what it would have cost me over at the first mechanic.
