I called to help my really good friend find a good salon, since my friend wasn't having much luck (most salons were snobbish and hung up on her regarding perms for long hair). I called and spoke with Kristen, explaining that my friend has not been to a hair salon before and what she was looking for. Kristen was so easy to connect with and answered all my questions, relaying helpful information I passed along to my friend. I got amazing friendly vibes from her so I instantly knew this was the perfect place! My friend went in and they already knew who she was, which gave her so much comfort and relief. She said that everyone she came in contact with was so sweet and caring. She has a consultation with Stephanie, who tested my friend's hair and gave her feedback she found extremely helpful to help her hair repair and when it was best to get a perm. My friend loved how honest, knowledgeable and caring Stephanie was and the time she is willing to take in the future to take care of her, she felt really happy and comfortable with her. The service that Stephanie was able to provide for my friend that was safer for her hair was a touch-up to cover her grays, and it turned out amazing! She looks like she is in her 20's again! I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. The system offers friendly text message appointment confirmations and reminders. There's lots of free parking outside the Salon Studios and Wricky has a cozy setup! He is super fun and easy to communicate with. I explained what I had in mind and he went right to it, trimming off at least four inches of drab hair. There's something about this Utah air, whether it's dry, dusty, or the water leaves minerals but Wricky was able to cut up, clean up, and bring HEALTH back to my tresses! Wricky ensures that the water is the perfect temperature for shampooing. I appreciated the relaxing scalp massage. While drying my hair, he was polite and delicate when he towelled off the water splashes on my face and in my ears. My hair had been lifeless and boring, and Wricky gave it volume and movement with face framing layers.
