Appointment as a result. I think communicating ahead of time that you're running behind would have been appreciated. 3. When she started styling my hair she said she wanted to do large Hollywood curls... these were basic curls. Looked nice but wasn't the vision she pitched. You can see it didn't turn out bad, but definitely not a very high end place but charges decently high prices in my opinion.

I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later.
