All in all, she was a wealth of information and I wouldn't hesitate in hiring her, and I may just do so for decorating advice after all my other projects are complete. Disappointing. Overpriced…read more Poor communication. Never responds timely. Refuses to complete job. At the beginning everything was great. Roof material is great. But issues started to come up the moment something needed to be adjusted: 1.Penetrations - demanded additional pay at the exuberant rate. Eventually contacted Henry dealer and had his contractor to do it for fraction of what chandelle demanded. 2. Fascia - was supposed to be done by Chandelle- was partially done but poorly - wind ripped it all off. Promised to come back and fix it for 3 months and never did. Had my contractor to do it and they promised to pay for that. Took 3 months and million of phone calls to send the check. 3. Gutter's holes to leaders - made too small for the size of gutters - water overflows. After multiple phone calls suggested different company to come and fix it at additional cost and stopped answering since.
