Got quote of $4800 for standard grade vinyl plank installed based on 225 sq ft. When I questioned the sq ft they said the laser and computer was right. My kitchen floor is only 160sq ft. Didn't accept the quote and the deposit was put against the countertop. Counter top cut installed to my satisfaction. Got another quote from another company. Their quote was $1800 for commercial grade vinyl plank installed with a lifetime warranty based on the actual footage of 165 sq ft. Went back today to question again the inflated quote for the flooring. I spoke to the owner and his answer to me "it was my problem because I got my money back and to get out of his store." At that point he escorted me out of the store. You determine what is going on here. The only reason for the one star is Agnes and the countertop crew on an excellent job. Turns out both were leaking through roof overhang below. In order to get the job done correctly RW Mulligan had to remove old flat roof, sub-floor, damaged trim, and doors. The doors were then re-flashed, raised and put back in. RW installed new drain (that works), new sub-floor, replaced all trim and moldings. The roofers/carpenters did a great job and all water drains properly. RW Mulligan's communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. However, the customer service at this store and their store policies are horrific. Chris forgot to load one of my pallets when they shipped and refused to bring it on his truck. I had to borrow a pick up from a neighbor and hand move all the heavy pavers by hand. And I paid for shipping. But he simply wouldn't budge and told me to "do him a favor". Favor? I PAID for shipping! Chris also told me that although they charged a deposit for their pallets they'd come pick them up after install. However after install when I called for them to come pick them up he said they changed their policy and no longer pick up pallets. How very convenient for them. When I asked if there was anything he could do he said "i'm just an employee". Huh? But you're the employee who made the promise! So I had to pay $150 to toss the pallets plus I'm out $300+ on the pallet deposits. Suddenly their prices weren't so reasonable. This store has no concept of customer service and does nothing to help when things go wrong. As long as you're ok with that, shopping here shouldn't be an issue.

They are unprofessional, unprepared and hazardous. I had several issues with the work 1. They don't prep the area they are working in meaning sealing off area so not to Cassie undo mess in other areas. 2. They ripped up our old floors took my broom and dust pan without asking to sweep debris because they did not come with one. 3. The work order included patching which they didn't come prepared for and made excuses. 4. When they did the patching, they mixed the cement on the floor without cleaning the debris. So it was a lumpy mess and had to call management to come fix. 5. I watched them take bring floors and no padding, they took up the old padding and put it to the side. Since it was moldy I put it in a bag not wanting it in the air in my apartment. I learned they planned to reuse it when they attempted to lay floors in an other area of my apartment. I stopped them they told me that didn't have the supplies. I called and they got the padding while they complained in Spanish about how difficult I was and called me names. 6. I believe out of spite they did a poor job.
