The doors were then re-flashed, raised and put back in. RW installed new drain (that works), new sub-floor, replaced all trim and moldings. The roofers/carpenters did a great job and all water drains properly. RW Mulligan's communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. After a quote they returned the next day to do the work. They said it would not take long. I was disappointed that the roofing tile just barely came to the edge of the roof. they replaced the biggest part of the nesting box cover after removing the rusted hinges and left the cover on the box unattached. I asked why they didn't rehinge it. They said it's just a coop and I can take the cover off and on. I said it needs to be attached to the coop because I need to be able to put a lock on it. My neighborhood has raccoons fox and possum. Dumb looks are still free. I asked if i went out and bought two hinges can they attach the cover to the coop and they gave me a flat no.
