When time came to return the items back home, they did not have availability so I had to use another company. While the new movers were unpacking my furniture, they discovered that one of my dish cabinets which had glass doors was broken because it was poorly wrapped and protected. Once I contacted Despatch, they denied all responsibility and blamed the other movers and refused to accept that their poor packing was at fault. Adam the manager went as far as Insinuating I was lying that I saw how the piece was wrapped so that he wouldn't have to pay. If you use them, pray you don't need them to help you afterward.

Besides the moving factor, where do you put all these items! They suggested room layouts and kept reassuring me that everything will fall into place, and they were there to help. They are by no means interior designers in paper, but they knocked it out of the park, and I'd rather pay them to interior decorate, rather than paying someone who just goes by their own style. What an amazing, personal experience! I would/ and will use this company over and over again. Thank you, B&N for being a part of our new home and for helping us, in every way imaginable!

They were prompt, courteous, professional, and efficient in every step of the process. This is a 3rd generation family-owned business and they take great pride in running a great company. They handle the move themselves with their own crews so nothing is outsourced to another van line. This means they keep their eye on all the details. My contents were handled with care and respect from start to finish and it all arrived in perfect condition. Don't even bother talking to other movers. If you want it done right, call Jernick!

They sent too few packers and items such as all of my expensive shoes were merely tossed on the bottom of the wardrobes. They moved us from NY to Florida and upon arrival items were damaged as a result. Even the team who unpacked us commented on the unprofessional packing. Lynn, the rep with whom I dealt regarding the damaged goods, was rude and made every attempt to avoid addressing the problems. She would never follow up and I had to keep tracking her down. I even tried to contact the owner who had made many assurances about the quality of the work but once he had our over $17,000, he never responded.

I pulled over, shut the car off, calmed myself down, tried to turn it back on... and it wouldn't start back up. After I got a ride to work (which is another story in itself), had my car towed from off the highway, and had it looked at... I was told the motor was blown. That's definitely not worth the money to fix. My car was now a piece of scrap metal, ready for the junk yard. In comes T-Rex Recycling. They made this distressing and inconvenient situation go away as quickly and as smoothly as possible. They picked my car up directly from the auto shop, helped me get my stuff out of my car, took the plates off for me, and gave me $100 cash for the junk car. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. I'll definitely be using T-Rex in the future for all my junking needs... although I hope I never have to. RIP Bangin' Wagon-- you were good while you lasted.

They don't tell you the procedure and send packers who do not complete the job so I started packing myself. I was dissatisfied and wrote a friendly email to Richard who never replied. I could pay for what they did and they would leave. Moving in and of itself is extremely stressful and overwhelming and to have someone of this ilk was shocking to say the least. I was brought to tears and not even a word of apology from this bully. I never received a call from the company and they wouldn't waive the fee charged for using a credit card. They have no customer relations capability. As a result there was no gratuity added to my enormous bill. I am sure the workers wouldn't have gotten it anyway.
