As another review stated- this once wonderful, local propane company under the name of Great White Propane, was acquired by Paraco propane. They don't deliver when they say are going to. We ran out 10 days ago and came home from a trip to a cold house with no heat. It was a real hassle getting a hold of someone. They use an answering service. Now we have 30% left in a 100 gallon tank with an impending winter storm coming. We can't get a hold of anyone who can tell us when we can get a delivery. read more

I am sorry to say that this formerly wonderful company, Great White Propane, has been bought out by Paraco Gas. Paraco is horrible! Look at their reviews, and that's what you'll have every time they buy a company out. I would switch to an electric stove before I use Paraco again. Paraco is the reason I switched to Great White in the first place. Now I'm going to look for another propane company, one not affiliated with the gangsters at Paraco. read more

Talk about top-notch service. I ran out of propane and had no hot water or gas to cook (with 2 toddlers in the house) and they literally got to me in 30 minutes. They didn't just fill the tank but they sent someone to make sure all the pilot lights were on too. It's nice to find companies that actually care about families these days. read more

Turned out I had a gas leak on the Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend and the fire dept turned off my gas. They told me I had to find a plumber to fix it before it could be turned on. Five grandkids were due to arrive in just a few hours, including two babies who need food cooked on the stove top. I started to panic because I pictured not being able to cook any food on the stove top all weekend, but I called George at Great White Propane, where I get my propane delivered from, and he came to my rescue. He sent a plumber to my house and he arrived in less than 30 minutes. I was completely shocked because I knew how busy everyone is right before the holiday weekend. Not only was the plumber prompt, turned out he was really nice and knowledgeable as well. His name was Darwin and he was too the time enough to even fix a leak I was having in the sink. What can I say, George of Great White Propane really came through for me and I seriously thank him! read more

After hearing rave reviews from my neighbors I gave a call to your company and not only was the customer service great but you were able to fit me in with a brand new tank and fuel all with in the wait time that Paraco gave me. Bonus that you're local and your technicians are super friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the installation of a tank but your technician handled it like a pro. Don't waste your time I called for estimate they said a person would call me by 12 never did. They called the next day and said a person would be at my house to do the estimate for sure today. I went home from work and they never showed and no call. read more
