I ordered 800G propane at the price $2.59 per Gallon on Jan. 9, 2024. The ticket (number #7221) shows that the actual gross delivery is 765.4G propane at 6 celsius only. However, they charge me the money for the net delivery 800G propane. When I ask the reason for the difference between GROSS DELIVERY AND NET DELIVERY in the ticket, they said that they will do adjust on the actual gross delivery number with temperature into net delivery number. Therefore, I have to pay extra money on their NET DELIVERY NUMBER! read more

BEWARE OF USNG LIBERTY GAS We had both a very poor experience with their execution of the installation as well as their follow up in trying to resolve the issue. It all started off during their initial walkthrough my brother and the Liberty Gas employee discussed how the line would be run and it was agreed it would be run by the flower bed to avoid damage to both the landscaping as well as the grass and would be less obvious. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AND THE PLAN WAS NEVER FOLLOWED. Please see photos. In the process they cut 4 sprinkler lines as well as a 220 power line for a water pump. When I found out about all the mistakes I called immediately and spoke to the secretary, Ashley. I told her of what happened and the situation and in a few minutes she informed me that since this waiver was signed that they would not be responsible. THAT WAS IT NO DISCUSSION VERY ABRUPT. I then proceeded to tell her of how we were cohersered to sign the waiver. When we initially received the paperwork to begin the work my brother brought up the concern that the sprinkler lines were not marked and he was concered that they would be cut. A Liberty Gas employee was the following: Dont worry about it they dig lower than where the lines are and usually it is not an issue and we have to give this to everyone. So based what the employee told my brother he signed it. After telling Ashley this she said she would speak to her boss Kyle again but restated because the waiver was signed Liberty Gas is not responsible but she would get back to us. A WEEK LATER still no response so In the meantime we were unable to run our sprinkler due to the damage they caused. I called again and spoke to Ashley and she said after speaking to her boss that still the waiver was signed and they are not responsible. I then asked to email the owner about the situation along with photo with still not response. I then posted a scathing review of how I was treated to warn others about Liberty. Two days later I received a call Liberty supervisor who actually went to the site to see the what happened. I told him of the cost to use what the repairs would be and he came back offering us 1 free refill of 100 gallons of gas. In the meantime we were waiting on paperwork on the agreement and a day later Ashley called me back saying due to the intial review that I left on google they are withdrawing from the agreement and does not want to do business with us. Please note that I removed the post after I spoke to the supervisor and he offered a settlement but since they took this latest action I decided it was important to post this warning again to others. They can not cake criticism and do not take responsibility and a a lack response time if I did not follow up. NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. Well again this just shows they can not take responsibility as well as criticism. Please stay away from Liberty. THEY WILL RESPOND TO THIS POST SAYING THE WAIVER WAS SIGNED BUT WE WERE UNDER THE GUISE OF WHAT THEIR EMPLOYEE TOLD US. Update: Many times where we were left empty or they didn't deliver because there was no check on the door DESPITE having my card on file. They were supposed to deliver Friday and told me no one was home (I was home all day) then to tell me no delivery until Monday even though I had 2 gallons left and the girl Katie told my husband it's not an emergency it's a luxury. Today they just charged me $211 for 50 gallons... which comes to $4.22 per gallon... about $1.35 more than the four places I called today. Very happy with my service. I have had them for about 3 years now. We used to have Parreco gas who would always let us run out despite being on automatic delivery and take forever to come to our house (3 messy boys who need daily showers at the time). They would also try to charge me for testing the lines because we went empty when it was their fault not mine. If it was my fault I have no problem. Called up liberty gas after having paraco take their tank; they came over the next day and set us up quickly. This weekend we ran out of gas only because I thought I had set up automatic delivery within the last month, but I guess I forgot with the new baby boy in the house keeping me busy. I called up Sunday morning to ask for help and they came over first thing Monday morning, since I couldn't afford to pay the extra money for coming on Sunday. We were the first stop and the man who came was extremely courteous and very friendly. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because you need a credit card on file to have automatic delivery (which I do understand the reasoning) and I've only had them for a few years. After dealing with Petro with an extension of a gas line from pool to kitchen and deck for several months I got tired of their slow responses and lack of progress. I asked some friends and they recommended Liberty. Reached out to them and they promptly sent a surveyor within 48-hours. Within one week they had scheduled an appointment and finished the job. I believe my installer was Mark. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He cared about how the job would look and overcame some obstacles due to the lack of space behind the counter and the messy job left behind by the other company. He took the time to even remove Petro's tanks and put them on the driveway for them, something he simply did not have to do. Night and day level of service and very happy I called them and canceled the Petro's second attempt to install. read more
