Now we have 30% left in a 100 gallon tank with an impending winter storm coming. We can't get a hold of anyone who can tell us when we can get a delivery.

The most recent episode was during the serious storm damage Eversource suffered about a month ago. We were relying on our generator; I was concerned about our fuel level because it looked like it was going to be (and was) a multi-day loss of power. Paraco immediately made a delivery, on a Sunday morning. We have used Paraco as well to help with our propane fireplace; they folks--Jerry specifically--were great. I don't think, in 12 years, I have had a single bad experience with Paraco.

Anchor replaced dampers, tuned furnace, updated thermostats. Now better heat distribution, quieter and using less oil - each very noticable. Also big: they set me up with PROPANE tanks & supply. Let's face it, carrying propane in your car is not ideal, so why not have it delivered. The…read morepropane guys are a local dealer specializing in barbeque sales, and propane fills but offer the convenience of delivering propane to your front door. I've used them several times for Propane delivery and have not been disappointed with their next-day delivery service. Some folks have questioned if the tanks are filled to their capacity, but having sensors connected to my tanks allow me to see how much propane is in the tank visually. Both delivery's had roughly an 85% fill. I'm sure not filled because of expansion. I highly suggest using their services, and if you're looking for a new BBQ or smoker, I recommend The Propane Guys!

Had them come to clean my grill. $75/half hour. The first time the guy said it was done, I went out…read moreto look at it and he never did the bottom of the grates, said I'd have to burn it off, and the grease drawer was on the ground uncleaned. The second time he said he was done, he had done the bottom of the grates and put the drawer back in the grill. I had to take care of something, so I paid him, gave him a tip, and he left. I just checked (almost three hours later), and he never cleaned the drawer. Maybe he wiped it down, but it's filthy. And he never cleaned the sizzle station burner. The top of the grate is spotless, but the bottom is disgusting. I could wipe off the grease with a paper towel, so it's not like it was baked on. And the tub that the burner sits in is filled with grease. Now I have to take it apart and do his job but no one is going to pay me $150/hour to do it. Do not hire these people to clean your grill. They're counting on you not checking and just cooking right over last year's grease. I even told the guy who made the appointment that it usually takes me over four hours to clean it, and he said it would take them an hour. Yeah, when you don't clean, it can take as long or as short as you want it to.
