Never had a problem with delivery, prices are reasonable but the The customer service rep that I spoke with today was the rudest person I've dealt with in many years. She tried to intimidate me by scarring me that the new owners couldn't get a delivery until I paid off my SMALL balance. I was trying to ask a question and she continually spoke over me. I was not having any part of it and after tossing some legal words her way she backed down. I am not one to be intimidated by a voice on the other end of the phone. She was basically being a bully. Called company with billing dispute spoke to company representative that said I was yelling at her 3xs . Company claims they've been delivering to my home when they were told to stop delivering back In April of 2019 compared bills with my current fuel contractor & unless my tank grew in size the amount of fuel they said that was being delivered would have exceeded my tanks capacity. Get it right Peconic your auto bill is over with your previous client. Stay away fromPeconic Fuel there are other Fuel contractors that will service you with integrity . If you like to run out of propane an average of once a year, these are the guys for you!! Terrible service, they have let me run out 3 times in just the last 3 years!! Service is terrible, however makes the delivery schedule must be family... enough said. read more

Peconic Propane has been a blessing to me since 2015. When I first moved into my home I had all sorts of issues. One of those issues was my gas stove. The technician stayed as long as necessary to get me up and running and that was in 2015. From the phone staff to the drivers and technicians that fill the tanks with needed fuel /gas are very professional as well as caring and very kind. The services are great and always on point.
