The biceps implant that "Dr." Tiller placed under the biceps muscle seemed quite large, owing to what he described as "post-procedural swelling" that would eventually dissipate. It never did, making the simple act of putting on a suit jacket that had heretofore fit fine a labor given the "bulge" at the biceps. Strength training with free weights and even machine stacks progressively created an increased level of discomfort that eventually began to sap my strength. An MRI revealed a host of irregularities in the biceps muscle that were alarming - the muscle seemed to have striations of voids that were inexplicable. Subsequent surgery to remove the implant by the REAL SURGEON revealed that the implant has imploded, eating away approximately 25% of my biceps muscle. HE DESCRIBED IT AS NECROSIS, DEATH OF THE CELLULAR MUSCLE TISSUE BY THE SILICONE LEACHING FROM THE IMPLANT - in his words it appeared as if "a silicon bomb had gone off" in my muscle. CAVEAT EMPTOR, especially when it comes to executing that acknowledgment of NO MALPRACTICE INSURANCE. There are far more truly talented surgeons that can support a man in realizing his physical transformation goals - "Dr." Tiller should not even enter the realm of consideration.

I struggled to sleep, and I often had to pull on the side of my face and nose to allow enough airflow to breathe. During those 45 years, I underwent multiple surgeries and spent a considerable amount of money seeking treatment from different surgeons. Unfortunately, none of the procedures provided a successful or lasting solution. Despite these setbacks, I never lost hope and continued searching for a doctor who could help me. This physician will do your consultation on your insurance... get approval... and then not schedule…read morean appointment for surgery unless you leave a bad google review. Then.. if you leave that review, he will give you a surgery appointment and then botch the surgery. He doesn't use drains after breast surgery and then after surgery when the swelling is extreme, your incisions will burst open and bleed. He will tell you this is "Normal and expected ". Then when you see him again in the office, he will take off your dressing with his bare hands, wipe the drainage from your incisions with paper towels from the holder next to the sink, pack your incisions with unsterile gauze and unsterile Q tips from Walmart, all with his bare hands and tell you again that this is all old blood, totally normal and to be expected. Then you will have to ASK for wound care, get cultures, and find out that he has given you MRSA AND ENTEROBACTER CLOACAE. All because he doesn't wear gloves. This physician does not follow standard precautions and will blow you off at every turn. He has taken away 5 months of my life all from a breast reduction which the normal down time is 2 weeks. I am an RN of 20 years and have had the worst experience of my life! I may not have back pain anymore due to large breasts, but my incision is still being packed 5 months later. He has a bottle of normal saline on his counter that expired in 2021. He has a sterile instrument pack on the counter that expired that was sterilized in June 2025. It is no longer sterile. It expired months ago. Again, he doesn't use gloves nor care and and has NEVER touched me in the office while wearing a pair of gloves! I had D/DD cup breasts prior to reduction surgery. I was told I would be a C cup afterward. I have nothing even close to a C. An A cup doesn't even fit. The fabric bunches up at the top. I have yet to be able to find a bra that fits.
