It is worth noting that they're a little excessive with their fees so if you can't have a schedule set in stone 48+ in advance, then this isn't the place for you. It left my nose somewhat disfigured. It wasn't horrible, but the scarring and damage was enough to put a pretty big dent in my self-esteem. Of course, I am very thankful to have had the cancer removed, but it was tough coming to terms with what I saw in the mirror. I did all of the things I was supposed to do - I used the right silicone, massaged, even had several micro-needling sessions. Nothing really helped. I figured I would just suck it up and try to play with makeup to camouflage it, even though it didn't. Over the course of two years, I became far less social and much shyer. Noting these changes, my family encouraged me to make an appointment for a consultation with Fedok Plastic Surgery. Someone very close to us had been in an accident that damaged her face quite a bit, and Dr. Fedok had been the surgeon that put her back together, so to speak. When she showed me her immediate post-surgery photographs, I couldn't believe it. There were stitches everywhere, yet now her face shows virtually no signs of an accident. It was amazing work, beautifully done. That pushed me off the fence, and I set up the appointment. I am now a few weeks post-surgery, and I feel like I have my life back. I know that sounds dramatic, but I didn't realize how much the disfigurement on my nose had affected me. I have a little ways to go, but I'm stunned at the difference. To say that I'm grateful to Dr. Fedok and his incredible staff is an understatement. They are all wonderful - kind, professional, caring, funny, the list goes on. Healthcare down here sucks Edited to add: my nurse acted so put out to do her job (probably because she's not well supported financially or educated on what's appropriate- not her fault) and another nurse was FaceTiming at the nurses station, and a girl walked out while I was in the waiting room sobbing and while someone was trying to sell me cool sculpting and Botox I should of left right then to be completely honest Np was nice but I could hear her and the nurse talking about me through the door, not cool, especially with the other nurse on FaceTime while they discussed my personal medical information) would never return- left almost in tears just Love that this colossal waste of my time is probably going to cost me the same amount of money as the test I still need and have to wait months for now. I will be reporting at least for the Hippa violation aspect. And I hope the office see's this review and changes how they operate but if not- be warned you deserve better care than this place can offer.

He was aggressive with the surgery to make sure he got all of the margins around the area. Thank goodness he was aggressive because all the margins came back clear. The staff is very friendly. The person at the front desk said, "Lisa didn't take and nor would she take it be case she is the owner". I never even questioned or uttered such words. Sign of guilt? This again was a false statement because after leaving the facility I ran into a former employee and she said that Lisa was not the owner, her parents were and she just ran the business. Bottom line, I did pay for what they said that I owed and went on my way. Which everyone that I have told the story to said that I should not have paid the money again. I know that good things happen to good honest people. to add another and final not, my payment should have been $99.00, but she only charged me $90.00. So what's up with that? I even questioned her as to why she was not giving me the correct change as I was only expecting a dollar back. If they say that I owed the money, why not charge me the correct amount they say I owed? By the way, Lisa knew I was coming in for an appointment and put another employee at the front desk so she did not have to deal with this situation as she knows that she was on the front desk when ALL this happened.
