I asked for a copy of my results and he very rudely told me that I could not have them until they ran the insurance. I was surprised.. So, a month later I called and they said it would cost me $75 for a copy of my results... so I called my insurance company that they did not have a copy of the results either.. but the bill had been paid. A year later, I called and still they would not give me a copy of my results. Why would I or my insurance company pay for something that we have no documentation for?I just want the results that have been paid for. Not cool.
