I then noticed Hear for You, and inquired. John responded within an hour, and made time for me on the same day. Not only did he repair my broken receiver, but also adjusted the awful backfeed and static I was experiencing in both hearing aids, and gave me new receivers for each. John listens! He was generous with his time, and completely knowledgable about what needed to be done for me. When I asked what was owed for his help, he quoted LESS than what had been estimated in the inquiry response. John saved me not only a lot of money, but also a lot of stress and grief. Amazingly, he indicated that my hearing aids were actually fine, and that I did not need to replace them with a newer version. I was amazed at his honesty and his attention to detail. I have found my new hearing aid help. I highly recommend John to ANYONE in need of assistance with their hearing or hearing aids. Thank you, John!!

She was very thorough, professional, and very nice.. we came out of the booth and into the reception area, and there was a man there that wasn't there before, behind the desk. So, a month later I called and they said it would cost me $75 for a copy of my results... so I called my insurance company that they did not have a copy of the results either.. but the bill had been paid. A year later, I called and still they would not give me a copy of my results. Why would I or my insurance company pay for something that we have no documentation for?I just want the results that have been paid for. Not cool.

I booked an appointment for a hearing test and hearing aid consult. I was scheduled as the first…read moreappointment of the day, and waited in the waiting room 30 minutes to be seen. The exam consisted of the automated machine (that they use on babies) which seemed to do a thorough job, as well as a short in-booth "beep" session, bone conductivity test as I requested, and the Dr. reading words while I was in a booth for me to repeat back. In the end, the Dr. summarized the findings saying I had a __% hearing loss overall and that hearing aids would most likely help. My hearing loss was of an unusual pattern, and I was super disappointed that a generalized ___% hearing loss was all that Dr. Gray had to say. I wanted to know how my specific ranges tested, and how that impacted my ability to hear conversation, etc.. Overall, I expected more to be explained to me in regards to the findings. Much more. I tried to engage an intelligent conversation about the findings, but Dr. just didn't seem to be engaged. Dr. was nice, but seemed to lack any kind of enthusiasm or passion for the profession. He told me he couldn't do a hearing aid consult today because he had clinic (though I had told the receptionist at time of scheduling that I wanted a hearing aid consult as well as the testing) and to schedule for that. A 30 day hearing aid trial costs $100 if you choose not to purchase. I paid $81 cash rate for todays consult. I am choosing to see another audiologist, as I would like for my provider to show some (much more) enthusiasm, and explain and discuss my particular findings in much more detail and how it relates to the dysfunction of my day to day hearing.

More than 45 years ago, I suffered a severe facial injury that affected my entire face, including…read moremy nose. As a result, I was unable to breathe properly through my nose for over four decades and had to rely primarily on mouth breathing. This significantly affected my quality of life. I struggled to sleep, and I often had to pull on the side of my face and nose to allow enough airflow to breathe. During those 45 years, I underwent multiple surgeries and spent a considerable amount of money seeking treatment from different surgeons. Unfortunately, none of the procedures provided a successful or lasting solution. Despite these setbacks, I never lost hope and continued searching for a doctor who could help me. I was eventually referred to Dr. Derek Jones. Dr. Jones performed my surgery, and when I woke up after the procedure, I immediately noticed a small improvement. Within the first month, my breathing had improved significantly. Now, more than five months later, I can breathe much better than I have in over 45 years. I am truly happy to be able to breathe normally again. I no longer have to pull on my nose or face just to get enough air. Dr. Jones accomplished what I once thought was impossible. Thanks to his skill, expertise, and dedication, I can breathe again. Above all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Derek Jones and the entire staff of his medical clinic. Their care, professionalism, and commitment have given me something I had been missing for more than 45 years: the ability to breathe comfortably and live a better quality of life. Thank you, Dr. Jones, and thank you to your wonderful medical team. I will be forever grat
