I met the stated qualifications with a 600+ credit score, verified income exceeding 4-5x the rent, veteran status, and no criminal history or prior evictions. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication after everything was submitted. I had difficulty getting responses or updates regarding the status of the application after providing payment and highly sensitive personal documents. I understand companies have screening standards and may approve or deny applicants at their discretion. However, professionalism, communication, and transparency should still be expected -- especially when applicants are being asked to provide private personal and financial information. I hope this encourages better communication and professionalism for future applicants.

Low Key Scam Richard…read moretakes in multiple applications at a time to rent, where most home rental companies take down a home when an application is submitted and relist if application fails. So he's receiving multiple applications (at $75 an applicant) at once. The application process comes across as a scam as it continuously says incomplete, you'll complete and it will ask you for an additional $75. If you have any questions about this process you can email or call Richard, but don't expect him to reply. He's a fan of only sending out automated messages, nothing personal. If he actually picks up the phone, he'll say he's out of office and he'll call you right back... but that call will never come. Then you'll receive an automated sorry email saying you did not get the house 3 hours after he said he'd call you right back. Major coward vibes. If you need a man of integrity to rent from, you're not finding it here. Since applying to one of these rental homes, we have received contact scam phone calls and text messages.
