I've been rather disappointed how quickly and cheaply these apartments were put together inside. There are so many issues. I lost count that I'm still trying to get fixed 3 to 4 weeks in and many of my appliances are still having issues that have either not been addressed at all, or partially addressed unsuccessfully and then never followed up on. No move-in clean was done, and I had to clean up all of the painters sawdust and everything else all over my apartment, which took forever and was very frustrating as they promised me it would be deplaned. Then they promised they would send a Cleaner in afterwards which they never did. I can see daylight (and actual people walking by ) between my door and the hallway, which is ridiculous! They came up and put some cheap weatherstripping on to fix the problem which is only partially did because the gap was so wide. There's big gaps between the floor boards and the molding that should be along the floor in the bathroom, which allows water to get under them, which is going to create a mold issue, which they disregarded. It's like that around numerous parts of the apartment, which is very concerning as I have mold, allergies and I've had a house remediated and know what causes it and knows how hard it is to fix it. One thing after another has gone wrong with this apartment since I moved in. Initially requesting to be moved to another apartment because that seemingly was easier than fixing all the problems with this one which I was initially denied, and then three weeks later after I was all settled in and had my apartment furnished, then the manager says oh you wanted to move we can move you... I wanted to move BEFORE spending three weeks around the clock, settling in! And I'm pretty sure she knew that. The hot water lasts about 10 minutes if I'm lucky I've had it turned up once and as long as it's not during peak hours, it might last 15 minutes now forget taking a shower at 6:30 in the evening. Feel lucky to get five minutes of hot water. The job on the cabinet doors on all of the kitchen. Cabinets was so bad that they are rough and jagged along the edges of them because they were too lazy to sand them down, so much so my guests comment on how bad it is when they are over here. So for luxury apartment living, this hasn't exactly met the standards I was hoping for. It would be nice if the icemaker and water worked on the refrigerator! It would be really nice if my washing machine didn't squeal and squeak super loudly through the entire cycle every single time and somebody could actually come fix it. It would be nice to take a shower along enough to wash my hair and shave my legs with hot water it would be nice not to have to worry about a mold problem beginning of my bathroom underneath the walls. It would be nice if I didn't see daylight between the door and the outside on both my patio door and the front door, but the property is nice! And the staff is lovely and so friendly!

I had toured a few different places as I had time to be selective & find the right place. Prior to touring Conclave in Sugar Hill I went to the Accent which I Liked alot. But when it came to follow up & answering questions it was very lacking or non-existent. So I decided to open up my search again & found Conclave in Sugar Hill. This is a newly constructed property with many bells & whistles. I was helped by Matt who was very accommodating to not only myself but my service dog Roxie. So after touring a few options I found the right unit that works from a space stand point as well as storage too. In todays world you don't have alot of businesses that put people over profits. I found that Matt & team did a great job helping me select the right place to call home. I'm looking forward to when I actually move into the community. I highly recommend the Conclave in Sugar Hill as your potential new home. Don't take my word for it as you need to see all that's offered by this community for yourself.

We moved here to save money to purchase a home, but it was a bad move. The apartment or the carpet was not cleaned, after we were told it would be, the countertop in the kitchen is busted, the dishwasher was not secured, so when I opened it to load the dishes it knocked into my 3 yr old, the bathroom countertops have burn marks all across the top, the toilet handle was broken, and then the toilet was leaking, then parts of the toilet had to be replaced, the patio door was broken. The shower heads and handles have dirt and soap scum on them. So when I complained to Tracy, the apartment complex manager, she stated, "That some things aren't going to be fixed, that this is why they are notated on the move-in sheet, so I won't be charged for the damage." What? Is she serious? And they expect people to pay $900-$923 of their hard earned money to live here? I have complained to the property management with no results, which is let me out of my lease. My next step is to contact HUD, I have pictures! If others won't speak up about this place, I will be their voices! Someone will do something about this place, even if it takes me my whole lease term to get somenthing done! This is ridiculous! The maintenance manger came to fix my hot water. First off he didn't call with an eta on fixing it…read moreafter I called. He came and did something that lasted a day and the water was cold again. He returned again with no call. He fixed it and replaced something. My real issue is lack of communication and he threw my stuff in the laundry on the floor and didn't pick it up. If he would of asked, like the previous maintenance man did. I would have e came and moved it. That was very disrespectful! I've been here 17 years and he's the first maintenance person I've ever given a bad review. I had issues this summer with him trying to fix my AC. Please re train his communication and respect for others property.

I feel like for this to be a new complex thing should have run smoothly. But unfortunately, the day I moved in I had a hole in the front window of my townhome, which I reported same day, which would've been December 5th, its now April 16th and the window is still broken. No follow up calls from maintenance or the leasing office. I'm calling them once a month for updates which is ridiculous. My townhome was supposedly brand new, but there was already staining on the carpet up the steps. My fuse blows every time I try to run my disposal and/or dishwasher, which is insane. My shower soap holder dish fell off the wall just randomly, which tells me that it was poorly installed or a rushed job. The whole complex just seems like it was thrown together essentially and made to look like "luxury". Don't be fooled! We pay too much for these units for stuff not to work properly. Now today , April 16th, the mandatory but horrible Internet that we have to get through Apartnet has been down for a full day! Whenever I call the office with a work order or issue/question I have to call at least 5 or 6 times or more until someone actually picks up the phone and even then every time the answer is "I'm not sure I'll have to have my manager call you back and she's not in today" The same happens when I walk in the office- there is rarely someone around to help me and no one can ever answer my question on the spot. The office staff completely changed and management became impossible to get in touch with. The apartments are nice, but management makes it not worth it. They changed the way utilities were delivered- they now use OnePoint technologies, which added almost $60/month onto our utilities. No notice! The gym is gorgeous. We didn't swim in the pool because it was dirty + there were people constantly playing loud music, smoking and drinking. Just gross. We ended up moving to the Preserve at Mill Creek and love it so far!
