Unfortunately, after two weeks of back and forth, the process turned into a frustrating runaround. For the past three days, I have called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails--yet no one has responded. No calls returned, no follow-up, nothing. This kind of lack of communication and professionalism is not acceptable, especially when people are relying on you to help with such an important matter like housing. Things like, we are washing the sidewalks, oh, we are not doing that now, and be sure to be present for fire inspection, then never have anyone show up. The best is how many times the pool has been shut down for "maintenance " which in reality was someone took a dump in the pool, and had sex in it. Sound fun yet, but PM RESIDENTIAL, allows these clowns that run the office to continue with this agenda. The residents are fed up. BBB has been notified, and soon maybe a class action suit needs to be brought against this business.

They were in the dishwasher with clean dishes, in every cabinet, even the shower. One was crawling over my 15 year old grandsons head on ceiling. Had to move the boys out and in with me while she dealt with this disgusting issue. She asked for pest control every week since she was charged monthly for it. Didn't do any good. So she paid $2k a month for a roach infested apartment. The roaches were the worst the last year. She lived there 3 years. Her apartment was extremely clean and decorated like a model apartment. Forget the landscaping it is non existent. I've seen needles on the ground in the back by woods. Police are out there all the time. I was told by another resident there was a suicide. Good pricing along with good reviews, what did I have to lose? Our technician, Alberto, was professional, very thorough and took his time to do a good job. Admittedly, for the low cleaning/inspection price, I was expecting a laundry list of issues (upselling services); That was not the case at all! A few small issues were pointed out at the end of the inspection. There was zero pressure to get anything done. Alberto simply recommended correcting them at some point. I requested an estimate to repair and Alberto's pricing was very fair. Since he was prepared with all the materials needed in his truck, we were able to get it all done on the spot. We now feel safe and confident about using our fireplace this coming season! Great service all around has won over our future business. Will definitely continue to use them for years to come.
