Had to move the boys out and in with me while she dealt with this disgusting issue. She asked for pest control every week since she was charged monthly for it. Didn't do any good. So she paid $2k a month for a roach infested apartment. The roaches were the worst the last year. She lived there 3 years. Her apartment was extremely clean and decorated like a model apartment. Forget the landscaping it is non existent. I've seen needles on the ground in the back by woods. Police are out there all the time. I was told by another resident there was a suicide.
