Even though I have no idea how good their English is, it also never hurts to be with a Mando / Canto speaker either. I've purchased my fair share of tea leaves here, in addition to the occasional sack of dried plums. Prices are never an issue and it seems their selection is getting better. But I can't stay in here too long during summertime. Something about the absence of an air conditioner with the smells from all of the "herbs" in here make for a unbearably good time.
