My sales person came out quickly and provided a quote. He even quoted for windows as well. They were within my budget and I gratefully added those as well. The team was fantastic along the way. Each crew I worked with was a pleasure. Windows went in first, then siding, and then a gutter crew to finish up. I love my new exterior to my house. It is so beautiful and a huge change from the old dingy siding.

Despite the patio not being treated before winter, then when they did come out it was a terrible finish and another company corrected. The patio is not level in a couple areas and the custom stamp and cuts they made in the patio were not lifted up causing a bubble like look. Also, while completing the project, I called in numerous times to complain, I would have people come out at the end, but after several services calls and nothing accomplished, I finally stopped fighting and said I would leave a review. So there's my reviewMy patio was never finished properly and it makes me very sad as I spent $53,000 so be very careful when hiring the correct pick for your outdoor patio.

We had a very disappointing experience with this company, specifically with the window and door…read moreinstallation. Nearly half of the windows installed are unsatisfactory -- several won't open, some have poor seals, and multiple screens arrived ripped or damaged. The door installation was also done incorrectly. The door does not lock properly, and the doorknob was installed noticeably crooked, which is both frustrating and concerning from a workmanship standpoint. Communication throughout this process has been poor. Despite raising these issues, it has now been over a month and the problems with the windows still have not been properly resolved. We also used this company for siding, and that portion of the project went much better, which makes this experience even more frustrating due to the inconsistency in quality. Unfortunately, based on our experience with the windows and door, we would not choose this company again and wish we had gone with a different provider.

My new house needed some cedar siding boards replaced due to wood bees. I have mixed feelings about…read morethis review. I got their advice on painting vs stain then found the prior owner's paperwork. I told them I wanted to stain the boards. They delivered some boards that were pre-painted and had to replace those so I could stain them. The installers were nice and came on time. However, they didn't have a paint brush to do the touch up work. When I got home, I found they hadn't replaced both sides of the dormer. Once I talked Warren, he found that it had been missed on the work order so they had to bring another board that I had to stain and schedule the 2nd. trip. I kind of had to keep emailing to keep the project moving forward, although I realize it is summer and I was a very small job. I will try them again next spring to have a siding checkup and hope it is easier. All nice people and reasonably priced.

I unfortunately hired Michael Tracy for a job…read more He took the job under the name "Keith Morris" which is not his name at all. He was asked to provide a receipt of goods purchased for the job-- which he refused but proceeded to charge me for the parts. When I followed up for the receipt again, he sent a website screenshot. I also asked for a business card to be left for me. It was not. I requested a photo of the business card-- they dodged that request as well. Likely because they did not want me to know their actual name or I would see the negative reviews. The job was done very poorly and was not complete. They were paid in full and now are ghosting appointments and making excuses. I requested the money for service back, and they refused. Steer clear of Michael Tracy, Keith Morris, Angie Horn, or their partner James. They are dishonest, unreliable, and scam artists.

We reached out to him to do some repair work on our siding TWO years ago. We have been struggling to get answers and timelines from Michael for YEARS. He has given us one excuse after another - both personal and professional. We trusted him and gave him the benefit of the doubt. That was our mistake. He has continued to ask for more money before the work can be started. He currently has THOUSANDS of dollars of our insurance money and as of July 1st, his phone has been disconnected.
