I purchased a vehicle from Dave november 2024. putting down %90 cash as I just wanted to have the…read morecar paid off as soon as possible. the car the next day had check engine lights and sputtering issues and and coolant lights and I reached out to Dave and he never got back to me. a couple weeks later I reach back out to him and finally hear back that he's going to come get the vehicle and fix it. come to find out he charges me $1800 and it's still having the same issues and on top of that won't give me the title to the car until I pay for whatsver they did that didn't even fix it. many months later feeling very defeated like I just had to pay off a car that was an absolute turd and come to find out Dave is a close family friend and my family member had heard about my troubles and wanted to help out. we set a meeting between the 3 of us to try to find out a resolution. Dave offered me $4500 for a car I paid him $15000 for plus the 1800 for the "repairs" then after I denied that offer we decided to have them take another look at the vehicle where it then proceeded to sit unlooked at for nearly 30 days until we got bad weather and I needed the vehicle back. so after a year of trying to get this guy to help me out with the piece of junk he sold me we got nowhere. if I would've put the minimum payment down I would've just given the car back because it was trash but sense I paid $13000 down for the $15000 car dave just rolled me over and took my money and didn't offer any help at all over the course of a year. all in all I guess what I'm saying is IF DAVE WILL SCREW HIS FRIENDS NEPHEW OVER HELL PROBABLY SCREW YOU OVER TOO! many of the times I'd come drop off payments dave would also be intoxicated while in the office, the first night I met him there it was later in the evening and I thought maybe they where just hanging around having a couple after work but after dropping off a few months of payments in person he was intoxicated often. Dave's an alcoholic robber of a car salesman and I wouldn't recommend buying a car from him at all.

He's in the insurance company's pocket. He stated that the hail damage was minimal. He neglected to do any that were oversized, he neglected the ones that were on body lines he called them Nichol size when they were oversize quarters. An honest bid came to almost $4500 his bid was $1400. He's working with insurance companies on their behalf. He's not working for you. I wouldn't let the shop touch any of my vehicles, for any reason, if dishonesty starts at the top it goes all the way to the bottom. I would hope to see a class action suit filed against this insurance company and against this auto shop sometime soon. What I believe he was going to do was he never would've fixed it for $1400 he would've billed the insurance company additional. Not everyone wants to have their hail damage fixed some people are OK with taking the money for the vehicle and driving it with dents. What he's doing is making sure the people who want to do that don't get a fair estimate. That's not the way insurance works they have to pay you with the damage cost to repair and it's your choice if you're going to repair it. This idea of giving the insurance company a massive discount is much like saying here's a dollar bill if you decide to have it fixed will pay more. This company is about making sure the insurance companies win against you.

This location is ran by a man named Adam. Adam refuses to give out estimates, his total almost…read morealways ends up being what insurance will pay. He does not give out documentation or receipts and gets put off when you ask for it. They scratched and caused paint to chip, but blamed it on me and indicated that my car was dirty so I couldn't possibly be taking care of it. I have an equinox my parents have a spark, but it costed them more to have theirs repaired even though their damage was not as extensive as mine. Adam refused to tell my dad the cost and wouldn't actually let my dad pay to get their car back because he was "waiting on insurance". The insurance issued the check to my dad and Adam will not accept a check and told my dad he only accepts cash or the insurance check. He will not even accept a cashier's check. They tell you that it only takes four days, but it always takes longer. Mine took nine. My parents still do not have their back even though it was done three days ago, because Adam refuses to release it without the insurance payment. This establishment (Not to be confused with the others as they are separate entities and not associated with each other) has horrible customer service and poor business etiquette. Adam wouldn't even tell the insurance adjuster how much the estimate was, he told them to send as much as they could. If there are other options for you, go there. Do not be pulled in by the "we pay your deductible" that is only technically true.
