Every day, we are in our workshop to share the origin story of the Sfogliatella and its transformations, with special attention to Renaissance Sfogliatelle, featuring hazelnuts and almonds, and the Classic Neapolitan Sfogliatella, made with semolina and ricotta. You can pair your treat with a rosolio or a Neapolitan coffee.

Nestled on Via San Gregorio Armeno 24 in Naples, Sfogliate & Sfogliatelle is an artisanal bakery honoring Neapolitan pastry heritage. Rooted in convent recipes, it perfects the sfogliatella—a 17th-century shell-shaped icon. The Classica, refined in 1818 with ricotta, stems from Renaissance semolina and dried fruit. The Santa Patrizia (1600, Croce di Lucca monastery) blends hazelnuts and almonds, naturally lactose-free.
Baked fresh daily without additives, offerings include Sfogliatella Riccia/Frolla (ricotta, candied orange), Santa Patrizia (nut-based), Pastiera Napoletana (ricotta, wheat, honey), and Babà Classico (rum-soaked). Using Manitoba flour, strutto, and natural aromas, quality is guaranteed—no preservatives.
Beyond the counter: 24-48h nationwide express delivery in thermal packs (heat 8 min at 160°C). Experiential services feature the Neapolitan Sfogliatellier course (2.5h, €135), Sfogliatella Show Cooking (1.5h, €59), and Sweet Bite tasting (€12).
