When they painted our front door, they painted it a different color. We pointed it out immediately and the foreman, Heber gave us attitude trying to blame us for this. They did agree to repaint it the correct color. The next day I once again did a walk around with Heber, explaining that we want to keep the current color scheme and there should be no changes. That afternoon they proceeded to paint the pony wall in the front of our house the incorrect color. I called the project manager, very upset that this happened again. The next morning when they arrived, I explained that they painted this wall a different color from what it was. (There are only 3 colors on this job.) Heber told me with serious attitude that I was wrong and they would not paint it. I know what colors these things were. This foreman seems to do what he wants to do, not what the customer wants! Now I guess I'm left holding the bag to hire someone to repaint that wall the correct color. What terrible customer service, I would never recommend this company to anyone, there are so many better and honest painting companies out there to choose from. Update: After speaking with the project manager on the phone, he requested that I provide a photo of the wall before they began the painting. I had photos and was easily able tho show that the wall was the color that I say it was. I was not part of the conversation between the project manager and Heber, but since he asked me for proof of what I was saying, I don't think it is a stretch to say that Heber was probably lying to him as he did to me, claining the wall was the color he painted it. The project manager agreed to repaint the wall to the correct color after this. Their contract stated this: NOTE: We will follow the current layout in all areas. Obviously this was not done until I pressed the issue!

Our project consisted of a complete redo of the master bathroom including converting a garden tub and shower into a full walk-in shower with accessibility features, new vanity and mirror (both involving electrical wiring), and a new bidet toilet (also involving wiring). We also upgraded the vanity, mirror, and light in the guest bath as well as upgrading some lighting throughout the house including adding pendants over the peninsula and converting track lights to can lights in the kitchen. We absolutely love our new bathroom! It gives me a calm feeling every time I walk into the room. A little oasis in our "beach" house in the middle of the desert. While having your routine disrupted by construction is never fun, JMG made the process as seamless as possible. Everyone that worked on our project was courteous, friendly and professional, and worked to make sure we were happy with the results. The team was careful to protect our floors by taping down a path of brown paper to the construction zone. They also created a zippered "door" with heavy plastic to keep the mess and dust as contained as possible and even swept at the end of the day. I specifically want to mention Josh, Frank and Gorge. We feel they went above and beyond in making our vision come to life. I had some pretty specific images in my head and they were listened patiently and did their best to make it happen or explained why it wasn't possible. And thank goodness for Holly! Holly's knowledge, guidance and calm throughout the process was invaluable as well. JMG gets the job done! We highly recommend them for any project.
