We tried the Tuna tartare for appetizer, the full churrascaria experience for the husband, the fish of the day with lemon butter sauce for me, a classic old fashioned and a Brazilian old fashioned. Everything that was served to us was absolutely delicious! The husband particularly LOVED the flank steak. He said he's never had flank steak so tender and juicy. The sides offered with the churrascaria experience were also to his liking. Especially the brussel sprouts topped with maple syrup. The fish of the day was very well prepared as well. The seasoning was on point. The fish was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. The tuna tartare was very different from what we're used to but was really good with the avocado and arugula it was served with. The old fashioned were very nicely prepared too. The Brazilian old fashioned deserves a special mention here. It takes Cachaça instead of the usual bourbon and the flavors were so good, so delectable that we'd probably go back for more of just that. LOL! He ended up saying he's going to take care of some of the bill after we paid, didn't say what he's gonna do or anything but assuming he's gonna take something off the total, but he didn't say what he's gonna do or how much he's gonna take off it. Nothing against the waitress who ended up helping us because Alex was negligent, but it does speak volumes about the quality of the entire restaurant and how they're disrespectful and taking advantage of customers.
