Thank you! From the beginning, she was always patient, nurturing and supportive to Will. He trusted her and was always eager to visit her each week. In their play-based therapy sessions, she knew how to find his interests and motivated him to practice and learn. He'd come home and continue practicing at times! She also helped me, as a parent, understand where my child's progress was at; and I learned also how I could continue to support Will at home each week. It really has been such a blessing to see our son progress the past three years, and watch him thrive. Thank you, Shannon! You really have been such a wonderful person in Will's life and we miss you!

From day 1, Beth made my daughter feel at ease AND engaged by talking with her and not to her with genuine interest and kindness. Even when my daughter was in a foul mood (which was often) Beth was always able to pull her out of it within the first 5 minutes. She clearly has a lot of experience working with children and isn't phased by anything they throw at her. Her sessions were always the highlight of my daughter's day because they were conducted with kid-led games. The games were also assigned as homework so it continued to reinforce the learnings in a fun, light way. I highly recommend you reach out to her, especially if telehealth works better for your lifestyle. I was hesitant at first because I thought she might not be able to keep my daughter's focus but that never was an issue. My daughter improved tremendously over a short period of time and I am grateful to Beth for helping us nip a problem that could've been a lot worse had we not sought help.

Some specialist comes once a month like what the hell is the point of being a clinic at all???!?!? I waited 4 months for a appointment and referral and then they referred me to a place where I had to prequalify for a procedure and go through another long process. If you are referring people it should be so they are able to do it not to a place where they might not do it! What the hell! I waited that long and I didn't even qualify. They also scheduled me in inconvenient times and would treat me longer than necessary even when I had notified them that I had to leave to finish work or visiting family for holidays. I would recall everytime to confirm and ask "are they able to do this because if not I will have to reschedule" everytime they said yes even thought they couldn't. It was just super disrespectful. The male gyno would get up all in my face when speaking and stand by super close and made me extremely uncomfortable. When meeting with the female dermatologists she didn't offer any actual services. Like what's the point of her coming once a month just for her to refer people to places they can't go?!?! It was pretty conniving. They also allow way too many students/physicians to stay in the room for examination. It just seem all too unprofessional, extremely. I wish I was over exaggerating to say the least. Simply put they are not organized, caring, or actually provide any necessary care. This place needs to go and i hope no one else goes through what I did.
