Update: it's now Tuesday at 1pm, and I have not heard a word from this place by phone or email. They've had all morning to contact me. I'm wondering why they're ghosting me when all of the other reviewers had such great experiences. At this point, I don't care if they contact me or not. When I went to pay with my phone, he was like oh don't worry about it cause it just was one copy but I just wanted to make sure that everybody knew this little place existed! It's in a little tiny strip mall and I think most people wouldn't go there. The only reason I went there is I was looking for FedEx and I guess it's an authorized FedEx place so it gave me the map to it, but I had never been there or had known about it the value that you get is incredible and just that kind of old-fashioned nice service. They wanted me to pay more for shipping (the shipping was more than the actual cost of the item). Instead of advising me on what I should do, the lady simply said, "if it doesn't get there, that's your fault". I went to this location and explained to Freddie of my situation and he immediately provided the best service as possible. He helped me repackage my item and subtracted the difference of what I had to pay. The employee at the North Broadway didn't even want to subtract the difference, and wanted me to pay $7.50 on top of the $1.32 that was already paid for. Thank you for the amazing service Freddie!!!
