Received a text message in the morning that they would be arriving and they arrived early which was even better. Seems like this company works seven days a week rain or shine because it was pouring & possibly 24/7! Super nice guy Steven came out hooked up our new pool pump our pool is now crystal clear! His wife who took our phone call told us he would be out in the next couple days and he sure was! The pool store told me it would probably be at least 6 to 8 weeks before they could get anybody out and referred me to Bethesda Pools NC very grateful and did a great job! Told me if there was any issues they would come right back to address it, but I haven't had any issues as it was completed yesterday on Mother's Day. Another thing I could not believe they were working even on a holiday but a Sunday! Being a seasonal company, I understand that and wish I had employees that would work on the weekends but what a great company what a great job and obviously a great family business! God has blessed them immensely they are blessed to be a blessing! Thank you, Steven. Thank you Bethesda Pools NC I will refer you always and hope to see you again!

I can't say enough good things about Christian at Sunrise Pools. We were having a drainage issue…read morethat we just couldn't figure out, and Christian took the time to come out, look everything over, and actually explain what was going on. He really knows his stuff and genuinely wanted to help. It's hard to find people who take that kind of pride in their work. I definitely recommend Christian and Sunrise Pools!

Nothing but lies and stealing your hopes and dreams. We began our project in October 2025,…read moreChristian was attentive in the beginning promising "clear communication" and quoted 6-8weeks for completion; here we are in May 2026 and still not finished and can't get in contact with him. He took ALL payment installments and hasn't completed 20K$ worth of work. We have been beyond patient and understanding, hoping he would finally finish the job and nothing. We pleaded he at least drop off our equipment (which he continued to state he "just had to pick it up") nothing...we begged he please just provide the pictures that our pool was bonded correctly for inspections...nothing. Not only are we out 20k$ to complete this with another company, we now have to go through our concrete Around the pool to prove electrical bonding was done because he didn't bother doing inspections while the project was in his hands. He's nothing but a liar and a cheat. DO NOT HIRE HIM, we are one of MANY he's done this to. Hopefully karma prevails here and Christian is held accountable for his actions.

We were looking for a…read morehot tub and were just totally confused and lost after almost getting bit by the Home Show Spa Fly by Night salesman. We were looking at tubs that were $12,000-$19,000. We decided to take a trip to the Coast to see John and Lisa and looked at Quality tubs in a MUCH more affordable price range. I was most impressed with the fact that John works on all the tubs, so they stick to brands that he has not had to repair as much and more reliable, as a guy in Heating and Air Business this meant a LOT to me. They have a SPOTLESS clean Show room with lots of options, sizes....they even have some really cool Plug and Play ones that run on 110 wall plugs. Also, I joined several hot tub groups online and searched for the Nordic brand(only 1 of what they carry) and all the owners LOVED their Nordics and could not find any issues with them. I can't say enough about this small business and look forward to the delivery of our new tub! It was a long process to figure out what we wanted and MOST importantly decided who we wanted to do business with!!

I would not hire Boswells Pool Plastering and Restoration again…read more We spent a significant amount of money to have our pool refinished and have dealt with problems with the plaster surface for more than two years. We paid for an additional corrective treatment, went through multiple attempts to fix the problem, and have now drained and refilled the pool three times. The problem keeps returning, and the finish is noticeably less vibrant after the corrective treatments. What has been equally disappointing is how Anthony handled the problem. He became dismissive and argumentative, brushed off our concerns, and has been difficult to get responses from. He blamed water chemistry, despite our pool being professionally maintained, but never provided a technical evaluation establishing that as the cause. After more than two years, multiple corrective attempts, additional expense and considerable inconvenience, the problem is still unresolved. Our latest request for help, sent in August, has gone unanswered. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Boswells Pool Plastering and Restoration.
