Received a text message in the morning that they would be arriving and they arrived early which was even better. Seems like this company works seven days a week rain or shine because it was pouring & possibly 24/7! Super nice guy Steven came out hooked up our new pool pump our pool is now crystal clear! His wife who took our phone call told us he would be out in the next couple days and he sure was! The pool store told me it would probably be at least 6 to 8 weeks before they could get anybody out and referred me to Bethesda Pools NC very grateful and did a great job! Told me if there was any issues they would come right back to address it, but I haven't had any issues as it was completed yesterday on Mother's Day. Another thing I could not believe they were working even on a holiday but a Sunday! Being a seasonal company, I understand that and wish I had employees that would work on the weekends but what a great company what a great job and obviously a great family business! We decided to take a trip to the Coast to see John and Lisa and looked at Quality tubs in a MUCH more affordable price range. I was most impressed with the fact that John works on all the tubs, so they stick to brands that he has not had to repair as much and more reliable, as a guy in Heating and Air Business this meant a LOT to me. They have a SPOTLESS clean Show room with lots of options, sizes....they even have some really cool Plug and Play ones that run on 110 wall plugs. Also, I joined several hot tub groups online and searched for the Nordic brand(only 1 of what they carry) and all the owners LOVED their Nordics and could not find any issues with them. I can't say enough about this small business and look forward to the delivery of our new tub! It was a long process to figure out what we wanted and MOST importantly decided who we wanted to do business with!!
