We signed a contract with this company last year for a pool installation in the summer of 2022…read more Construction, that being the hole dug and leveled, began in the beginning of May 2022. The company has returned three times, once to build the platform for the electrical equipment, once to come out after multiple weeks of complaints for lack of anybody coming to the house and the last time to pick up the piece of construction equipment that had been deserted in our backyard since August. We have called countless times and gone in person multiple times only to be told "yes will be there within the next week or two". It is now coming up on the end of October 2022 and we have had the fiberglass pool delivered and set in the hole and nothing else. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! My level of frustration, aggravation, stress, irritation is indescribable! And to be quite frank this company has over $65,000 of our money and we have a big hole with the fiber glass pool set in the hole but nowhere near being ready to be hooked up. The piles of dirt I have been here for so long they now have weeds and grass growing off of it. And on the last visit when they picked up their construction equipment we were told that the insert would have to be removed the whole re-dug re-leveled and we could potentially have warping in our fiberglass because it is set for so long without anything being done. So not only would I not recommend this company I would absolutely say to avoid them at all costs!

But without access to a pool at the rental home we were in and with a gym rat pair of teens, we needed an option nearby that would give everyone what they needed. Both indoor and outdoor pools were excellent. Thanks to Sports Center for offering such an option. Avoid immediate after school hours if you are looking for outdoor swim time. Lots of teens there for swim team so much of the pool is taken. Also should be avoided at that time during the school year because the traffic is a DISASTER en route due to two schools letting out at exactly the same time. It was a mess.
