(This move has been a stressful one for me.) They called to confirm the night before, and on the morning of, my two gents (shout out to Ross and CJ!) showed up 30 mins early. EARLY! That's unheard of in this day and age. I was impressed!!!! It took these two about 3hrs to unload our 16ft POD. I wasn't aware, but they do a 10% military discount. (We paid cash to avoid the 3% card fee.) There was a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which came off our bill. And of course, we tipped--which they are allowed to accept. (Thanks Ken for being an amazing owner that allows that!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LMS for your moving needs. While this move was out of pocket for us, I hope that they're contracted with the military for our next (and FINAL, hallelujah) move. Ross and CJ, much love to you both. They were punctual, professional, respectful, efficient, nothing was broken, or scratched. Prior to their arrival I was nervous and feeling emotional with concerns regarding will anything get broken, scratched, etc, however, when they arrived, the nervousness and concerns I was experiencing quickly subsided. Their outstanding demeanors enabled me to relax, and thank God for blessing with trust worthy movers. Communication with the company is essentially nonexistent and I have reached out to handle this matter privately but he refuses to respond- The crew showed up 2 hours after the OWNER arranged the time for pack-out. They "didn't know" they were supposed to pack my things in boxes??? And said they couldn't move us because they didn't bring packing material. I tried to contact Jason via text and call (2x) and the crew called Jason as well. He would only communication with the crew and the only way this ever got discussed was because the crew ended up calling him on speaker phone with me there. Ultimately, the crew moved "what they could" and left everything else for us to move ourselves.... While still charging us the full price I was quoted. Being 7 months pregnant, I hired movers to make the process smooth and easy, and boy was it FAR from that. Again, I have reached out and asked Jason to discuss this experience with me and have heard nothing back from him.

They stole from us, nothing major but still the fact that they would take items that don't belong to them was beyond comprehension. When we called them on it, they flat out denied it and the manager said that everyone goes through background checks. No attempt to rectify or try to fix the issue. It was truly disappointing. By the way Yes, I'm sure they go through backgrounds but all that means is that they've never been charged with a crime. The simplest thing to do would have been is to check your truck for our items! I spoke to a receptionist about all details , location, what Items I had in storage . the receptionist wrote down that I had 5 boxes and 3 large items. i told her I had a few boxes and 3 large items . she wrote in the wrong info to start with. When they arrived they sat at the wrong address for an hour and I spoke with the receptionist and gave her specific directions as to where the unit was. So the guys had to be rerouted to the actual address due to her not informing them . I also was told that we could make a stop to drop a receptionist desk off that I had sold . I'm being billed for time so they assured that was fine . the manager called me a few times and boy this man is the rudest , HE DOES NOT LET YOU GET A SINGLE WORD IN YALL. I had to ask him if I could speak without being cut off . as a consumer imagine things being miscommunicated and then he wouldn't let you get a word in . they also don't inform you until they are on their way . They don't give you a prior notice, I tried to explain to him I don't live in the town my storage was so I would like to be informed do I can make it on time. after speaking to him about the mess ups on their end , he goes we're cancelling the job .
