Three months after purchase the adhesive holding the window to the handle seperated. I contacted the dealership, sent them photos and they were going to contact ARE. The response was minimal and the final response stated that ARE was sending the parts and that they would send me the tracking number once received. Several weeks later, emails and phone calls go unaddressed. I contacted ARE and they have no record of any parts being shipped. ARE told me to go to another dealer for the warranty work.

After looking on-line for too long, looking for something other than the basic shed, I found Davis Storage Building's ad on Facebook Marketplace. Right off, the shed design was exactly what I was looking for, full 8-foot walls with a 8/12 roof pitch. Interior photo showed wall and A frame truss construction to be robust and correctly built. Jarid made cost adjustments to work with my needs, size, windows, etc. He couldn't have been fairer and more transparent about the cost. Transparent to the point of providing a 4-page cost breakdown of the spec's shed. On demo and construction day, they arrived as scheduled and are truly all business, everybody knows their job, no one on the phone the whole time, great team of guys. During constructions, no corners were cut, these guys are meticulous in the level of construction detail. The shed was built over two days, the final effort was exactly as expected, and Jarid walked me through all construction details as specified in our purchase agreement, all as expected. Actually, much better than expected. Payment was only after completion and job satisfaction. I did have an issue with my most recent installation, a defective adhesive backing on a rubber seal; no fault of Leonard's work. They installed new material within 30 minutes of my stopping by unannounced to show them the faulty tailgate seal on my tonneau cover installation. I left shortly afterwards with the replacement seal in place, and the new seal is working great.
