Bad from the beginning and never got better. Never showed up the first time when they were supposed to measure. Then showed up 3 hours late on the next trip and my man blew up our bathroom. Unreal, unprofessional, and disgusting. Install not much better. They broke one of the drawers on our vanity and drilled the faucet holes too close to the sink they mounted. Installer never told them. Four months later they sent me the final bill. Said they would not be discounting anything when I told them what happened, but would come out and fix anything. As if I just let it sit there for four months without getting it fixed. They may be fine, but I will not be using them again. read more

Loved them all. 100% professional. Really helped me out of a bind when my original granite folks couldn't get it done on time. Really bent over backwards to help me meet my timeline. Installed Quartz countertops from Francini Marble and Granite in Raleigh. One side of stove has a sixteenth inch gap. Francini says it's not the material, IC says it's not the installation. Everybody agrees it's not right, it's just not their fault. Spent $10,000.00 on countertops and have to walk in my kitchen and see a gap every day. read more

Not good is an understatement. We contracted with this company to put granite in our master bathroom. We picked out our granite in the showroom in Greenville, NC where they have a second store. When they installed it, it was not the same color. They came out, looked at it and did say they would replace it. We went to the Beaufort store to pick out exactly what we wanted. We didn't find what we wanted in a granite and were reluctant to use marble because there was so much information about it staining and being a difficult product to keep up. The staff only had praise for the marble and said that if you kept it polished you would not have any problem. They installed the slab, it was the correct slab, but it was not polished. It has cut marks in it where it has been honed. I ask the installers why it wasn't polished and they stated that it would be okay. Now the company is saying that they told us it would come unpolished. We have contacted the Greenville office and the worker there, Francesco, has vacillated between coming to get the slab and polishing it and stating that "it is ours", to, we still owe them money on it. We purchased the the slab through the Greenville store and the boy that works there will not call us back, and when we call, his voice mailbox is full. I am now in the process of finding some resolution to our problem. I want for them to come and pick up our slab and take it back to their plant and polish the way it was supposed to be done in the first place. Is that so much to ask. If they aren't willing to polish the the slab, then I would highly recommend not using them read more

Just left a well deserved horrible review for another granite company, which makes me feel like I need to also write a review when a company does what they promise. IC Granite & Marble did counter tops for a large kitchen and 4 bathrooms for us in December, 2016. Patricia and her team did everything they promised with professionalism, and at better prices than competitors. Their location is a little out of the way, but so worth the trip, especially if you have a large job. read more
