If you have an electrical or other issue, be prepared for expensive 'consultation fees' and more run arounds to get your pool up and running again. The company also does stoopid things like leaving the O-rings exposed to air and weather so when you try to start your pool up for summer the O-rings are malformed and need to be replaced.
