Owner yelled at me repeatedly because of coming back to look my car again to find a missing item. Item is black and interior of my car is black, so it could have been missed. I had been there prior to clean out my car, and after going through all of the things I discovered an item was missing. I just wanted to look through the car again before it was towed off to make sure it didn't fall somewhere. That I couldn't or didn't see before. I called the company to see if my car was still there, and if I could go back and look, and they said I could. Owner yelled further when I asked several time for him to stop yelling at me. He not only kept yelling, but yelled worse and louder. Then he threatened to call the cops and have me arrested for trespassing, and he would kick me off his property. Owner accused me of telling them they stole it from my car, or that it was stolen from my car while at their lot. Neither of those things did I say, and tried to tell him that several times but, he would not let me talk, and kept yelling. Owner was not evolved in the conversation I had with the 2 ladies at the counter, they where nice and understood that I just wanted to make sure the item didn't get left behind. This is a horrible way to treat customers, and I will never use them again. I also would highly recommend to be very wary of using their services. No-one needs to be treated that way, and for a male Owner to be yelling at a female customer is completely wrong. I called the place before I went back and asked if I relook through my car, to see if the item was there. Unfortunately it was not, and I am thinking it may not be found. The owners wife did come out with me to the yard while looking through my car. She apologized, but to be yelled at repeatedly, and threatened is not how to treat anybody or a customer. read more

My car had 2 flat tires and unable to drive. First time they towed it to my driveway everything went well. Second time they towed it to the shop they broke the bumper in two places. Bumper needs to be replaced. I have pictures that are taken less than 24 hours apart (date and time stamped) that reflect no prior damage. When I called them to report the damage and sent the pictures via text and e-mail I was ignored for 2 days. The receptionist, Miranda, was hateful and condescending. I went to the tow yard office and met Luis (owner). He was equally as hateful and condescending. He claimed damage was already there and abruptly ended the conversation and walked away. I have NEVER done business with such unprofessional people. I would not recommend this 'company' to anyone. read more

We had car trouble right on the border of New Mexico and Texas, called around and señor towing had the best price, quickest pickup, and we like to support small businesses. They did take a little longer than expected to pick us up, but Carlos had amazing customer service. He took great care of us, made sure we got to where we needed to go as soon as possible. He even stopped at a store so we could get beer since it was almost midnight and wouldn't have made it in time otherwise. This was a fairly new business when I came to town they were always polite quick to arrive and got things done in a timely manner. Unfortunately like some businesses do, this one has either stopped caring because they think they're just so important and people can't live without them so they start acting like THEIR real selfs ( POS) and think somehow you're supposed to kiss their ass because you made them money. I don't know why in the world any Police department would even call them to a scene of an accident to have them responsible for towing away a wrecked vehicle. 24/7 Towing Service.....Yeah Right!!!! Car wouldn't start when I got off work at 1am so when I called she gave me a $50 hookup and $3.50 per mile then I told her where I was located hook up rate went up to $55 but didn't want my car broken into so I was fine paying for it just had to deposit cash into my debit card. Called back within 20 minutes but they didn't even answer anymore. So left a voice message but 3am still waiting.... So I got a ride home finally but I had to leave me car and now its at risk getting broken into!! DONT CALL THIS COMPANY they won't help you!!! They start at $50, call me back and say it's going to be $75 instead and might be more. Not a problem. All I'm going to say is if your going to charge an extra $125 on top of they $75 for a total of $200 let me know before you start the job not once your done. I have never written a review for any company because I am too busy to get online for such, however, the awful service I received from this company must be reported. My car was towed by a different company where it was parked, so I was referred to Señor Towing to go retrieve my car. When I got there, the guy asked me to come inside the premises, I expressed my situation with dogs (phobia), but he insisted and asked me to come in. He went further to threaten not to do business with me if I did not come in. He assured me that his dog will not attack me (what all dog owners in the past told me). Finally, I decided to get into the premises, he was completely rude in his approach, I ignored it and went into the office. There, I met his wife an daughter who probably ran the business with him. They charged me an incredible amount of money for towing my car. She mentioned hookup and other things that did not make much sense to me. I offered to pay with a credit or debit card, she refused. She insisted that I only pay with cash, money order or check. At this point, I became frustrated as I did not have cash on me. I pleaded with them to place the charge on hold so that I can come back tomorrow with the payment since it was getting late and I needed to go to work for evening shift. The wife started raising her voice. She was rude the entire time. I had to speak up. I asked them not to talk to me in that manner. The man came from the other side of the house and started yelling and cursing. He stood behind me and tried to physically assault me, insisting I get out of his premises. I was perplexed as to how everything escalated. His wife picked up the phone and started calling the cops on me. I tried to calm them down, she started lying to the cop on the phone that I came to attack them (racial profiling). I guess she did that because I was a tall black young man (SMH). I left the premises, and the man shut the gate and started saying horrible words to me. He called me a little kid who did not have money. He said I was broke, and that I need to go make money. I stood outside the premises feeling insulted, assaulted and racially profiled. During the argument, their daughter joined them in insulting me with abusive words. This is similar to what I usually see in the movies. I was shocked that this was coming from a hispanic family. I was racially profiled, abused and disrespected. The sad thing is that the man did not even know who I was. I decided to keep it to myself. I took my insulted self out of the premises. read more
