I was very impressed with Window World of Western MA from the very first contact. An appointment…read morewas made...Tim Drost...the owner arrived at my door at the agreed upon time...made a brief but thorough presentation. At no times did he try any high pressure sales tactics...such as...this price is only good for the next week as we're expecting a price increase...etc...etc. In the half hour he was there we talked about many things as I was very interested in getting to know the man. His passion about the product he was offering was obvious. We parted with him not getting the order as there was one more company I wanted to talk to. I decided to visit their showroom in Belchertown...I arrived unannounced and was promptly greeted by Grace...who happens to be Tim's daughter...a real family operation. Grace made a thorough and professional presentation of the window I was interested in. When I stumped her with a question...instead of BS'ing me she went and got the answer. Having dealt with many shady salespeople in the past who would say anything to close the deal...this was a very refreshing approach...much appreciated. On to the installation...Slav and his helper arrived on the earlier part of the 2 hour window I was given and immediately got to work. He and his helper...who I neglected to get a name for worked quickly and professionally. Within about 3 1/2 hours the job was completed. Slav and his helper also cleaned up the mess...and...showed me how to operate the windows. I would HIGHLY recommend Window World of Western MA...as a matter of fact...I already have. My neighbor ordered windows and they are going to be installed in a week.
