10-11-19 I decided to hire them because of their proximity to one of my buildings and because they told me that they do asbestos siding and I gave their name to Rise Engineering to prepare a contract with them to insulate my building thru the MassSave Program.
Between 10-11-19 and 10-30-19 I tried on multiple occasions to talk with them over voice mail asking about the status. They don't reply to voice mail or emails. On most occasions they don't even pick up, you have to leave a voice mail.
On 10-30-19 I received an email from them to Rise Engineering forwarded to me by Rise Engineering where Bryan Hobbs Insulation told RISE they "won't be able to do my building after all" because they "don't do 3-story buildings". They never bothered to inform me about that. I had to learn it from RISE.
I called them and asked if they will do the 2 floors from the outside and the 3rd floor from the inside. They said they will do it. I never spoke with the owner, only with the receptionist who told me that she would talk to the owner and let me know when we can schedule it. The month of November I called several more times and she told me we are too close to Thanksgiving but she will let me know. She did not let me know about anything in November - a whole month wasted. I did send an email on 11-26-19 which was ignored: "What is the status with this building? Can we schedule a date to start insulation?"
Finally in frustration on 12-6-19 I sent another email saying "Can we schedule this building for insulation already, please?".
Jessica replied on 12-09-19 "So sorry for the delay in response. I have attached the contract RISE Engineering sent us. Please sign and send back so I can get the rest of the paperwork put together. "
I signed it and emailed it back the same day!!!
Between 12-09-19 and 12-17-19 I called multiple times and she told me on multiple occasions that she would speak with Bryan and call me the same day and she never did. Finally on 12-17-19 I sent another email: "It's been many weeks of voice and e-mails where I simply want to schedule a start date for the insulation of this building and I am being ignored. What is wrong with your company? "
On 12-23-19 I left a voice mail. No one called back.
On 12-26-19 I left another voice mail. No one called back.
Today 12-30-19 finally after over two and a half months of this company wasting my time and showing lack of professionalism and lack of respect for its customers I left a message telling them that this is really getting ridiculous and if someone does not call me within 10 minutes I will not only fire them but I will also leave a 1-star review on Google and Yelp.
Four minutes later Jessica called me and said that Bryan does not want to do the building anymore because he is "too busy". I reminded her that was never an issue with me because I have told her on multiple occasions in the past that it doesn't matter to me if the appointment is in January, February, March or April and that I only cared that an appointment was scheduled and my time not wasted like this.
So, unfortunately, here we are, I don't like to give anybody 1-star reviews but this 1-star is well deserved for the lack of professionalism, care and respect for the Customer. read more
