Will replaced 3 light fixtures, a ceiling fan, a venthood, restored function-electricity to 2 outlets & one hardwired site, replaced front storm door, and added handle to said storm door. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and made recommendations, ex: Response - wrapping because wires are brittle, need consider new wiring. No dilly dallying with Will. He stays on task and focused. I gave Will a very detailed list of tasks-items and he gave me a time estimate for completing them with the caveat that nothing unusual came up. Our induction cooktop still works after 10 years and this place had the best deal for the exact cooktop we wanted. The cooktop had faulty wiring when installed and Appliance Solutions helped us work with the manufacturer to get a replacement, free of charge. Washers and dryers have all been great and Appliance Solutions has had the best prices on those over the years as well. Installations have been easy and done well. Carting off old appliances has also been an easy task when using Appliance Solutions. Our absolutely awful Frigidaire Gallery appliances, purchased at a competitor, we are still salty about. Best Service Ever. I found this company here when my Mothers Washing Machine broke down. My mother…read moreis 88 years old and is on a limited income. I filled out a form online to schedule service which was the first thing that attracted them to me because i had already made several calls to other repair companies and they either didnt answer or they told me they couldnt help for several days or they were just too expensive to get them to come out. Jorken Services replied to me within 10 minutes of me filling out the form online. I had explained my mothers situation to them in my original request telling them about my mothers financial state and the urgency of the call. I first recieved an email from them saying that a technician had already been assigned and would be calling me shortly. Before I even finished reading the email, the technician was calling me. He already knew what was needed and said that he was told to do his best to keep costs to a minimum. I had originally set it up when I filled out the formfor the following monday but he was willing to come straight out. All up it was less than an hour between my initial email to them and the time the technician arrived at my Mothers house. He took a look at it, told my mother that it was nothing serious and that he could fix it on the spot for just the service call charge. He had the machine fixed in a jiffy and then even changed out the filters in her furnace for my mother as well. He then sat down with my mother and explained to her all he had done and gave her information and tips on her oven and even tightened up a fitting on her disposal under the sink that had been leaking for ever. All this and all he charged was a minimal service call. This company is a credit to its industry where so many now just seem to want to rip the elderly off this company bought a little sunshine back into my mothers day as well as giving me a feeling of comfort that if my mother had any other issues with her appliances or her heater or ac that I can now call someone that knows how to treat people.
