He did a nice job with the refinishing and upholstry, but made the back so it will not go in an upright position. He also removed the original iron seat back adjusters and put brand new. The chair is too uncomfortable to use anymore. He does beautiful work, but be very clear about what you want an expect. Keep a copy of any paperwork or fabric choices.

He replaced the veneer that was warped, rebuilt the drawers that were falling apart, and refinished the wood to match how it looked before the damage occurred.
