After having issues with our grass, we did some digging and found a 20 ft tarp had been left under the work they had done. I called to see if someone could come take a look and was immediately met with hostility saying "they don't use tarps" and it was not their problem, when there was clearly a tarp left directly under their work, and they already finished the job they were contracted for and weren't coming to help us. I was called a liar and told they weren't going to do anything with our landscaping (even though I was not asking them to do landscape work). Jamie was yelling, saying "they didn't leave a tarp" when I was standing there, staring at a 20 ft tarp directly under their work. I am not sure if it is because I am female and they spoke with me instead of my husband but I was very taken aback with the manner in which I was spoken to and that they wouldn't even attempt to solve the problem they left. Very sad when a company has no pride in their work or relationships with customers. Will NEVER use this company and will be telling everyone to stay far away because once they "complete their contract" and they receive payment, they're out and not going to assist with anything that comes from the job they did.

We had a sudden underground leak. We were worried it would've been days but Kenny and crew came out…read moreand finished the job the same day! He had to call the 811 number to get the ground marked for other lines and did so as an emergency (he initially said it takes them around 48 hrs but put it in as emergency). We had rose bushes with pavers and at the end they made sure the pavers went back in place(I honestly wasn't expecting them to do this) and even after I told them to take the rose bush up if they had to they didn't even come close to it. Even tho they had to dig the length of our yard it looks so good. The guy who put the dirt back really did a great job with leveling it out and making it look good.
