So cute! What an unexpected pleasure to find this little gem on our way from Bruce Canyon NP to Zion NP! Excellent baked goods and the coffee was great. Carmel Mach and Dirty chai tasted like the real deal and weren't overly sweet like in some of the fake coffee places. A wonderful find in Hatch UT. Went in both mornings of our stay in Hatch (7/23 & 24) and both times service, coffee and food were excellent. Heading north towards the turn off for Bryce Canyon, you cannot miss Sevier Coffee. Inside is simple with a straightforward menu. The coffee was DELICIOUS... a great way to start the day, with robust flavor. Enjoyed a cinnamon roll, which was quiet good, a nice balance of flavor and sweetness. So if traveling on US 89 between Bryce Canyon and Zion NP, stop in, you will happy to have spent the 5 minutes for a great coffee and good food! But one thing.... They close around 2pm... read more

Diamond in the middle of the road. I stopped here after visiting a national park on my way to another. I pulled over out curiosity and it was a good decision. The location is super deceiving. from the outside you think it's more of a old school coffee shop but when you walk in it has a very modern sleek look. The selection of coffee drinks was vast enough and I'm sure you would find something that can interest you. (I'm a cold coffee fan) I bought a cold brew and a danish and both were very good. The service was also very good, if I ever was out in this area again I would absolutely stop for coffee here. read more

I took a long road trip through Utah. I found few places that served espresso, and were disappointed by all of them -- until I stopped in at this little roadside coffee house standing alone along a nondescript stretch of highway. I'm very glad I noticed it as I passed, and that I turned around to try their coffee. I had an excellent cafe mocha, with a good balance between espresso and chocolate, and about the right amount of sweetness. That was the last espresso I found until I spotted a Starbucks in Page, AZ. read more

A great pit stop for breakfast! We came in right at open and ordered what we agree is the BEST breakfast sandwich we've ever had. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and let me tell you, someone really nailed the making of the croissant. It was so delicate and flaky, the perfect vessel for the sandwich! The only downside was that there was quite a bit of a wait and there is not a lot of indoor seating so we had to eat in our car. Other than that, a great little coffee shop read more

Great little shop in a town called Hatch. We traveled throughout Hwy 12 and it's the only decent coffee shop we could find. So I might say, we went there everyday we stayed in this town. I got a hazelnut latte with almond milk. read more

There was sadly no coffee in my cabin here in Hatch. I saw that there was a coffee Shop up the street from the cabins and went there to get some coffee and hopefully some breakfast. They had quite an extensive coffee menu. Not just drip coffee but also cappuccino and latte's. They also had an extensive hot menu for breakfast including breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches. We had a bagel breakfast sandwich and breakfast burritos both of which were quite good. I think the burrito was better than a breakfast sandwich and there was salsa for that as well. The guys that were working they were quite helpful. A great addition to this little town with not too many amenities. read more

We were staying in Hatch and our lodging gave us free coffee vouchers for Sevier. I wasn't expecting too much from a small town coffee shop but it was good! Got their iced coffee and chai latte. I really liked the iced coffee. Bitter but smooth. The chai latte was spicy and flavorful. The only problem was the chai was quite a bit on the sweet side even though the barrista said she would do it less sweet. But I found that could be overlooked for the good flavor. Overall a cute place to stop in Hatch and the coffee quality was great. read more

I didn't feel the need for coffee but my husband did and I am so glad we stopped here. We got yummy fresh made egg and bacon croissant sandwiches and I ended up getting a small caramel macchiato after all. The food was excellent and the coffee did not disappoint.
